General Info

Established in 1971, Strongsville Fire & Emergency Services provides a range of emergency medical and life support services. It maintains a staff of more than 60 paramedics. The department offers a hydrant maintenance program that includes the visual inspection of damages, removal of caps, checking for adequate water pressure, and cleaning and lubrication of threaded outlets. Strongsville Fire & Emergency Services conducts paramedic training programs. It provides dive rescue and fire investigation services. The department s advanced life support services include cardiac monitoring, external cardiac pacing, drug administration and chest decompression. Strongsville Fire & Emergency Services maintains a fleet of equipment and vehicles. It is governed by the City of Strongsville in Ohio.
