Sgt Clean's Car Wash

NEVER GO HERE! I asked one of the workers if the car wash would scratch my rims and was told no get the rim package. So i did and now my rims have over a million hairline scratches in them. The owner Brian denied it before even seeing the rims then when i got up there to show him he said that he has never had a complaint before so he wasnt going to do anything. Well i found out that was a lie there is a complaint on BBB for the same thing im going through. He also gave the guy the run around like he did with me. He also goes on to say hes a marine, member of chamber of commerence and rotary club. Well why wouldnt he take care of the problem if he is such a good guy? Now i have to take him to small claims court my rims that were only a month and a half old. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Very unprofessional. Damaged my vehicle, did not take ownership of the issue. Young immature kids working there. Wouldn't dare to let them wash my vehicle. Told me to go kick rocks. Worse customer service around. Won't last in this economy with service like that.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! THEY STEAL FROM YOUR CAR AND COULD CARE LESS! THEY ARE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE I HAVE EVER BEEN IN CONTACT WITH. ALL YOUNG, PUNK KIDS OR SHOULD I SAY "MANAGERS" THAT HAVE NO RESPECT, NOT TO MENTION WORK ETHIC OR MORALS! I WILL NEVER AGAIN THINK OF THIS PLACE AND I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO SEE THAT YOU DON'T EITHER! THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND LOCAL POLICE ARE INVOLVED. THINK AGAIN BEFORE YOU CHOOSE THIS PLACE- YOU WILL THANK ME, TRUST ME!
