Overall
Expertise
Professionalism

Wait times can be a little long sometimes, but this practice does offer candy, cookies, hot beverages, magazines, and a television in the reception/waiting area. It could use sturdy tables on which to rest bagged or caged animals in the reception/waiting area, though.

I feel like this practice is very good, as the veterinarians are very knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and compassionate.

However, Dr. Pal could use less condescension sometimes. He should remember that these are animals, not children, and it is sometimes difficult to force an animal to do something that it does not want to do (e.g., eat a certain type of food, or exercise more, or allow me to brush its teeth), even if I also want the animal to do it!

I would also say that this practice's prices for some services and medications are a bit higher than those of surrounding practices, though not always. Even so, I feel that the quality of service and veterinary care and expertise outweighs the monetary costs.
