        I was a loyal customer at PNC ...

        I was a loyal customer at PNC (NCB) for over 15 years. Honestly, I have no idea why I stayed there as long as I did.



        Frustrated with the NCB to PNC conversion, I spoke to my closest friend regarding switching banks. She immediately recommended I check out Dollar Bank’s Strongsville store. So I did. That was undoubtedly the best financial decision I’ve made in a very long time.



        From the moment I walked into Dollar Bank in Strongsville, I felt welcomed. They truly wanted to earn my business. Before I even opened an account with them, I was introduced to several members of their staff and they ensured me that ANY one of them could assist me in my possible switch. I had a couple of other banks to check out, but I KNEW that I was going to choose Dollar Bank in Strongsville.



        No matter what I need, their staff is willing to assist me and they seem as if they take great pleasure in doing so. I am used to dealing with one or two people at PNC because they are on commission- that is NOT the case at Dollar. NO ONE is on commission. No personal banker financially benefits from my interaction with them, which makes me feel as if they have MY best interest @ heart. To me, that is huge in the banking industry now-a-days.



        No matter who I deal with (from the Branch Manager to the tellers) they all help me efficiently, accurately and with great care. This is consistent! I know this because it has been almost a year now and nothing has changed! I have also referred people that I know to them because of how happy my husband and I are and they speak the same tune!



        Dollar Bank in Strongsville, now has ALL of my accounts including our credit cards and mortgage. Their rates are above board, their service is second to none and they truly appreciate their customers!
