I have had nothing but excellent service from Rick at Bennett Auto Care. I have been taking my cars to them ever since they were located in Berea, Ohio when the family-owned business was first started by Ralph. They are honest, hard working and will not sell you something you do not need. It breaks my heart to see negative reviews written on Yellow Pages about Bennett Auto Care. Thank you.

I recently bought a car that was repaired at bennett auto, all of the said repairs were half done jobs and cheap patches. They cut my power steering sending line which was metal and replaced it with rubber hose and hose clamps. They covered everything under my hood in anti flammable fluid from the battery and re sealed all of the gaskets with liguid gasket which then flooded into my throttle body and even in my head. This is the third car ive personally dealt with that bennett worked on and 3/3 needed repair and had to be redone after bennett autos work. I would not recommend them to anyone and would never let a vehicle go there again.

They treat their customers very poorly. Rick and his son insinuated I was trying to rip him off after I spent $725 last week on repairs and maintenence and assumed 2 new tires would be about 210. They came to 225, which I went home and got change to cover the difference. When I stated my displeasure with his insinuation that I was purposely trying to cheat him, he called my house several times trying to say it was my own fault. I will not go there any more to recieve this kind of poor treatment.

We have been taking our cars to Bennet tAuto Care for the past 20 years. Have recommended them to many family , friends and neighbors, ALL with great results. They are trustworthy , priced right, do great work and most important, are a family owned business so you know you will be dealing with Rick and his son who were taught well by their Dad and Grandfather. Anyone looking for the BEST place to take their cars for service and repairs,LOOK NO FURTHER THAN BENNETT AUTO CARE.

We have been taking our cars there for the past six years. They do excellent work, their prices are fair and you can trust them. That is so important to us - trust. They are not going to do work that is not needed. Rick and his son, Logan are really nice guys and have good work ethics. Both my husband and I recommend them highly.

Excellent auto shop, Fair pricing, Fast service...

Bennett Auto Care has been servicing my Escort for a good number of years now. My boyfriend has taken his truck to Rick for the same duration of time. Also, his brother and his brother's family have taken all of their vehicles here to be serviced. We all have had very positive experiences with this auto shop. Rick has always gone out of his way to make sure that one gets an exceptional repair with a fair price attached. It is nice to find someone that you can trust in this type of business. I will continue to rely on this shop only, for all of my car repair needs.

This is the most honest shop, excellent repairs and fast service, it is hard to find a great independent repair shop, but Bennett's it.

I`ve exclusively used Bennett Auto Repair since 1988 for service on the 3 new GM

cars I`ve bought and the 2 used cars I bought from Rick Bennett during that period.

His service is fast, helpful, and extremely reasonable in price. The `91 Dodge Caravan

I purchased from Rick in 2008 was exactly the vehicle described and passed E-check

with his help, today, 6-4-13. The `97 Buick Century I purchased from Rick in 2011 for

my daughter to drive has been the perfect 3rd. car in the family, and passed E-check

with Rick`s help, on 5-29-13. Surely Ralph Bennett, Rick`s father, who started this

shop, and died 6 years ago, would be proud of how he continues this fine business.

Bennett Auto Care Inc is the worst shop I have seen. I purchase a 99 trooper from Rick. And after 2 days it failed to start. I changed numerous parts to get it going and I have now spend hundreds extra on this "good truck". There was also a "new oil change sticker" from Bennetts but after the lies and misrepresentation we were told from Rick,we will be contacting a lawyer. I also decided to change the oil. Now the truck Knocks because the oil that I drained was black and like tar and was old.They never changed the oil. This "shop" is very shady,stay away from them.

Rick is fair and honest. He won't sell you something you don't need. He does expert repairs at reasonable prices

in a timely fashion. He remembers you and your car when you visit his shop.



When you think about it, the local Strongsville Firestone - Midas - NTB - Conrads all practice hard sell techniques to get into your wallet. They even charge to check what the problem is with your car! The guys at the front desks are trained and pressured to sell you anything possible at highly inflated prices.



Beware of the transmission and radiator flush sell! Also, they push that 32 point inspection where you pay them to push you to get repairs with the"safety" pitch. Their final "out the door" prices have hidden charges like shop fees, shop materials, disposal fees, etc.,



Chances are, the kid working on your car is right out of auto repair school with little to no experience!

Also, when you do business with these big corps., the money & profit goes to their out of state HQs!
