        Overall

        A most unprofessional business with well below standard work. Had Stefano Lanzi, the owner to do a kitchen make-over. Firstly, was supposed to take 3-4 weeks and it went on for more than 9. They never completed the job so I had to tell them "not to bother" and hold back a small retention. It cost me more to get someone else to try finish off what he didn't. Then, just 6 months later, the cupboards are literally falling apart. He said he would fix but didn't see anyone rushing in to look. This was 3-4 months ago and I've heard nothing. And the punchline? I used this guy because our kids go to the same school.
