I am a regular customer of your Streamwood location, and would like to say that had it not been for your kind, and considerate employee by the name of Andy. An eight year old girl would have been heart broken. After visiting your store the previous night, we were getting ready for bed, and realized that my daughter Lilly had lost her favorite brand new toy, a Koo-Koo bird that she had just gotten as a prize from her mother. After searching every inch of our home, for hours. We could not find him, and Lilly was devastated. I did the only thing that I could, and tried my hardest to console her, and reassured her that we would continue our search in the morning. She woke up this morning, and we went back to your store to see if by chance she left him there. We arrived shortly after your store opened, and Andy was there. He was not only very compassionate, and understanding at our situation. He found her Koo-Koo bird, and mended a little girls heart.Thank you so much Andy, you are awsome
