Purchased car on Jan 13, 2017. Financed it so we could bring it home that night, so we could save the 4 hr round trip bringing money back. Figured we would pay it off once the loan came. Meir rushed my fiance through signing all the paperwork with no explanation to her being her first time buying a car from a dealer. We later noticed charge for Gap Coverage and VIN Etching. The VIN Etching was not even done on the car and the GAP coverage is optional which we did not even need since we were paying the car off. Called and demanded a new contract wrote up without the optional features. Had to argue a bit but finally got it and ended up being $900+ lower then original contract. Then they took so long to register the vehicle the temp plate they gave us ran out. Vehicle had to sit and fiance was not able to get to work and lost two weeks pay. We ended up having to call the DMV and finding out how they could transfer the plates because they did not know how. They kept trying to get us to get new plates which would cost more even though from day one they knew we wanted to transfer the plates we had. Feb 12 is when the plate ran out. Two weeks after we finally got registration only because we contacted the DMV and passed the ladies number to Wiz to call and have her explain how to register the car! Then we had to call and email many times to get an answer to when to see our refund check for the over charge they had for the registration from us. Finally over 3 MONTHS later this whole process is done. Unbelievable, will never go there again and never ever refer them to anyone. STAY AWAY! Con artists and sketchy dealers. Not trustworthy at all!
Absolutely do not buy from Wiz. My teenage daughter bought her first car from them and it has been breaking down since day 1 !!!!!!. A $5000.00 car has cost me $2500.00 in repairs since October. Please, please do not go there. I promise that you will be so sorry.
do NOT buy from this dealership I bought a $15,000 car from them and in the first week it had timing Chain issues, airbag issues, the engine was misfiring, the tire light when on driving home from the dealership. you can never get a hold of the service department, ive had the car for a month it's gone in for service 2 times both a week at a time and they wouldent give me a rental car. BAD BUSINESS DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
