Northern Lights Lodge

A recent trip from hell to Stowe and the Smuggler's Notch area (car breakdown) was made infinitely better by our prolonged stay at Nothern Lights.



The staff was incredibly helpful in light of our plight, offering us an extremely reasonable rate for a standard sized hotel room. The staff knew the right things to do while we waited for our car to be repaired, where to send us, and then every morning when we woke up, there was a buffet breakfast waiting for us.



There is an indoor and outdoor pool for your convenience. I do not have any children, but there were plenty enjoying the pool and the parents were happy. There is also a sauna and a hot tub.



If you're looking to stay away from the mountain resorts because of their prices but still be close enough for the attractions, I urge you seek out the people at the Northern Lights Lodge!
