        Overall

        Just had the drive through teller literally slung my food out the window at me and slam the window in my face . What's going on over there with the bad service. This McDonald's is horrible with customers service .

        We understand mistakes happen. We ordered the two filet o fish meal. The girl taking order asked you want the two filet o fish meal. I said yes, the two filet o fish meal. Then the last part of the order was for ANOTHER two filet o fish meal. We received two single filet of fish meals. The problem is when you have a horrible store manager like Missy whose response is: "You did not pay for it. You're holding up our line." No apology. The mistake was on your end, idiot! You were holding us up and your own line. Missy is rude and unprofessional. Closes the window as I was speaking. Corporate has been contacted. If you worked for our sales company and treated a customer as you did to me today- you would be fired on the spot. Go take some management classes.
