Called to ask simple questions about a vehicle. Was told they would call back in 20 minutes. Called again in an hour, same response. Finally, called a third time and said I would hold. I got my answers and informed them that I would be down there the next day.Drove over 150 miles to look at this truck. I had asked if it was still available that morning. What I didn't ask, because I didn't think I needed to, was DOES IT RUN?? A 3 year old vehicle with only 19000 miles on it should run, right? Wrong. I turned the key and nothing happened. We tried jumping it with a booster pack, still wouldn't start. The manager offered me $100 off the vehicle if I put a down payment down. On a vehicle that isn't running????? I think not. Upon further inspection, this truck came from an auction from Canada. BUYER BEWARE - Canada does NOT have to report all accidents to programs like Autocheck or CarFax. There is no guarantee that a vehicle from Canada hasn't been in an accident.

My husband and I went there looking for a car. They do have a great selection with low miles! Paul was the guy we worked with and he said for our budget that a 2-door car they had would be the one. We were fine with it and ready to roll! Susan the finance manager had some trouble... But while on the phone she insulted the city I worked in and was way to verbally blunt. She was the same way when we met and even after! I even heard her telling another couple who was buying a car about our situation including our co-signer situation! So unprofessional down to the way she talks to the way she dresses, to the way she walks around the lot smoking! After the deal was done they needed help with our trade... I informed her I just had major sugary and that I had to deal with this after I return from bed rest... She kept me on the phone and fought with me causing me pain and stress! When we got to the dealer we waited 3 hours to sign papers because without our knowledge or approval they had to change the car. The original one had a broken axel. This other car was 2000.00 more and would be more monthly. We have no idea this was happening, no one told us what was going on until after waiting those 3-hours we were questioning things. When we found out what happened, we told them we did not agree with this and they should deduct the 2000.00. Paul, who is extramly rude and unprofessional stated "you are lucky we didn't just put you and your kids in the other car (with the broken axal) and you should be lucky we were honest!" I almost walked out of it wasn't for the owner Chris coming in and offering to help up! He's the saving grace! Honestly, him keeping Paul and Suasan is the worst business choice!
Great Used CarsI have been looking for a newer car for a friend of mine Well- I was just here this morning buying a 2011 Nissan Altima 2.5 S Coupe “Loaded” for a very close special friend of mine, will picking up this coming Monday. These people are Awesome, they do everything right their on the property, sales, service, repairs, inspections, and much more! Sales/Financing/Service staff are also awesome. Glad I found this place. Their other reviews on other sites are 4-1/2-5-Stars across the board. They have a great assortment of used vehicles most don't stay on the lot long. I will definitely be back.
