Bought a 2011 egde the brake booster is going but they said it's not .they didn't even look at it. They suck .get a warranty because if you don't they screw you .Mine is 5 months old and on 4,000. Miles since I bought it but I will have to pay to have them look at it .BULLSHIT.
I have purchased 2 vehicles from BayState in Stoughton in the past year. Both went very smoothly, salesman was able to find financing for both at a good rate. Cars were in great shape, no major repairs. They did all the paperwork, drove them off te lot.
My car buying experience was made super easy by the great staff at Baystate Pre owned Ford!! I worked with both Chris and Shane. Both of them were extremely helpfu. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great service and a great deal!
The staff is the worst! I had to go there twice but my car could not get fixed. They made me wait 3 hours for nothing. All they did was calling me after 3 hours and told me that they could not fix my car right away. You can buy a car there but should not do their service. There are 2 guyd and 1 woman sitting in front desk at the service room. It looks like they are in prision. They never smile or say thank. They are very impolite and unfriendly! 1 star is still too good for their service. They did not deserve any star!
I booked my car rental on the Internet but it was not clear that I wanted them to pick me up. I even called and gave them directions but they still did not get it completely right. They held my deposit for a week which could be an issue for some. I say book on line then call first thing in the morning to make sure they get it right. Best prices in my area.
Awsome working with Baystate Ford. I saw a car online that I liked and the quickly responded to my email. Went in the next day looked at car and Chris Drakos was wonderful. He gave me a test drive and bang...I bought the car I wanted...excellent dealing with Chris and would do it agan in a heart beat...
chris drakos is a very intellegent young salesman whom i would definitaley reccommend
I purchased a car about a year ago at Baystate. The back power windows did not work. Part of the purchase was to have them fix the windows beforehand. They did and the windows did not work a few days later. Again I asked them to fix the back windows and this time the fix lasted just long enough for the lemon law coverage to lapse. After the lapse I realized another problem with the car that had been there since day one. They declined to fix either problem unless I pay out of pocket 100%. Then Baystate called as a follow up at the one year mark and asked how my experience was. I told them the entire story and I asked what actions would be taken with my info. I was told a supervisor would be notified and he or she would call me. 5-6 months later and no call...Otherwise the car was a reasonable price and the sales team was courteous - my overall advice is this company does not stand by their product after the sale - caveat emptor. And - always get your own inspection sticker!
