        Awful!!! Close to $350 to replace ice maker in a Kitchen Aid refrigerator. Serviceman was not able to give me a price breakdown. I reasearched ice maker prices before he arrived an they listed between $45 and $60. Told him that and he adamantly disagreed. Told him that I needed to speak to a supervisor and his response was that I had to wait unt the next day. I called kitchen aid part center after he left and ordered the part for $43.55 plus shipping. I received a call the next morning from someone and he insisted there was no way the ice maker was that price and then started telling me how he has to pay employees and insurance blah blah blah. I will be using another company if I can't install it. It will still be cheaper than this company. DO NOT USE!! Oh, forgot to say that he came with the wrong ice maker because he was given the wrong model number from an incompetent employee.
