        Staff was excellent. The doctor on duty is not good with kids. Just had my Grandson for a fever, and ear ache. He couldn't stick his tongue out and she said "I'm sure you don't have a problem sticking your tongue out at your friends"... Then she told him "if that's the way you want it, you're getting the stick (tongue compressor) in your mouth. NO patience at all. She said that his ears had too much wax to determine if he had an infection (although his tonsils were red and swollen, along with a high fever) and said to have him sedated at Children's and have his ear cleaned. Again, NO patience at all and very, very rude. Attendants tried to clean out his ear while sitting upright and pulling on the sore ear. I took him home and was able to get wax drops in by LAYING him down. Now that the "problem wax" is gone, I'm taking him to a pediatric hospital that has patience for kids. Again, the staff is great, this doctor shouldn't work with kids.
