        I had to wait to be seated as someone who came on behind me got served. The waitress was great until we placed our order. She never returned to refill the coffee, we had to catch her. She left the half and half trash on the table. Well over a half hour after we ordered I had to get her attention to find out where our food was. That was when she told me they were out of onions, showing they hadn't even started my food. Meanwhile, my friend went to the restroom and saw her order sitting on the counter getting cold. Meanwhile my sugar was so low I was shaking. I asked for the manager and all he did was stand there saying sorry. He offered nothing to ameliorate the situation, he didn't look the least bit concerned. This is so far beyond acceptable I'm speechless.
