Very pleasant experience at classic mazda Orlando. After going to a dealership in miami ( brickell mazda) in search of my car (2015 mazda 3) I left the place totally disappointed because of continuos lies and games played by their sellers .I contacted classic mazda, they answered every single question I had, no matter how dumb it was, they were always there, also they always respected my privacy, I asked them to only contact me via email or text message and that is exactly what they did,Never received a call from them, other dealerships would keep on calling and leaving voice mails even when you ask them not to, but these guys are respectful. They are also very professional and down to earth, when you get to know them it doesn't really feel like you are dealing with a seller, it is more like a friend and that goes for everyone at classic mazda. I arrived there and was greeted by everyone, even when I wasn't sure I was going to purchase the car, they had free BBQ and drinks for everyone and I gladly took some. They allowed me to test drive two brand new cars of my preference without any excuses or restrictions, the seller that received me, Mr. Orville Williams was a tremendous host, always open for questions and always joking and smiling, made me feel great, Not like I was going to get robbed as you feel at some other dealerships, shane wood's, sales manager is great, never told a lie,always responsive and attentive and he made sure I understood every single thing from the car to the finance terms and everything else, finally the finance person, a gentleman from Egypt who's name I just cannot remember, he was great as well, everything well laid out on the table, well explained, very serious and professional and he made sure I understood every single thing before signing anything. Overall classic mazda is probably the best dealership there is out there, I highly recommend it. I am now driving and loving my new 2015 mazda 3 I got for 0.9 % apr. Other dealerships were offering 10 % and up so thanks to these guys I am now driving a car I love for an excellent price. Thank you!

I pass by MCJ Everyday on my way to work, and I look at this gorgeous Cadillac that sits out front. So I've been looking and wanting that car for a few weeks now. But given some of the reviews I have seen I have been reluctant to stop in, well today I got the nerve and grabbed my BF and went in. I was taken back by the staff, they seemed almost overly concerned trying make me comfortable. Apparently they have made recent staff and management changes, and oh man are they pushing the customer comes first stuff, coffee, snack.. you name it. So easy going, no pressure.. I looked at MY Caddy ;) then looked at few higher priced vehicles. I was expecting them to push me toward a higher priced car, but they were cool and they were happy to sell me the exact car I was looking for! Paperwork took a little while :( but there was A/C and a TV, the financing went through without an issue and I even got them to lower my monthly without much debate at all. Afterward I took the car directly to the Aamco right up the road, (Just to be safe, as I have bought a used car before ;) ) since I know one of the guys who works there, he took a good look under the car and hood and said it looks like I got a good deal! YES! so happy... So I don't know what all the review huff is about but I got treated like a queen and got the EXACT car I wanted at a price I could deal with AND the car checked out 100% As far as I am concerned MCJ is #1 Never been happier! -Sarah E- Oviedo P.S. I'm a big fan of both Coggin Honda's sales department and their service department. We'll start with sales: In 2010 my wife and i wanted to trade our 1999 Toyota Corolla with 130k miles for something new and we saw Honda's $0/$0/$0 lease offer. We were treated with dignity and respect and were not "sharked" like we were at most other dealerships. Our sales person was Cricket and she was very low pressure. Working in sales for a major entertainment attraction in Orlando, I understand the importance of a soft-close sale, not being pushy, and letting your product speak for it's self. That's exactly what Cricket did. We were in with our old car and out with our new one in less than 2 hours. It was great! Service department: Man, I love my service rep Chuck, and I sure hope he gets a raise if someone is reading this. When's the last time you asked for a service at a dealership and they actually told you "hey, you weren't due for this yet so I saved you some money"? Chuck actually did that for me, and that honesty is what keeps me coming back to Coggin Honda Orlando. I heard some squeeling on my brakes in my 2004 accord and new I was due for new pads, so I asked for a 4 wheel brake job. He came back to me and let me know that my rear wheels had over 50% life left and there was no need to replace them. WOW. Thanks Chuck! Anyway, I would 100% recommend Coggin Honda Orlando to any of my friends or family. I'll also keep visiting their service center. And when my lease on my civic is up in 2013, I'll be looking to lease a CRV from them at that time too!
Did my usual "Looking" for a new car drive up and down 50, stopped in at a few of the usual spots to see if they had anything new. I usually don't stop in at McJ's but I figured why not. Spotted out a very nice Volvo, asked for a price.. as I expected.. too much. So I continued looking around the lot, then a salesman I believe his name was Martin started asking me if I needed help. I told him I was just looking and he did not press the subject he stated he noticed me looking at the Volvo. I told him I liked it but it was too much, we went back and forth for a while and he went inside to inquire with the manager about the car. Ten minutes later he came back out and said I should come inside and we could discuss the car if I wanted. So I did.. They were able to drop a few fee's and get the price right at the top of my budget, but I wanted the car, so I caved. Wound up driving it off the lot that afternoon. I did spend a little bit more than I wanted to but I got a car that's more than worth what I paid for it and for once I bought a car without a bucket load of stress during the purchase. I feel I got a fair car at a fair price, I could not ask for more. The mileage was right for the price and the car was in very reasonable condition, the interior was Mint. All in all I have to say I am happy with Mcj's. I did have to wait a while for the financing to go through and that's the reason I'm not giving five stars, four will have to do.
I have purchased several cars from Joe at Tucker Auto Sales and have always been more than satisfied with the car I bought, the down payment that I paid and the fact that my payments have always fit great into my budget. Joe and the family at Tucker treat there customers like FAMILY and there are so few places no a days that even know what your name is never mind they know your family, your friends , where you work and they are truly concerned with keeping there customers happy.Tucker always seems to have low mileage cars and I have referred countless friends to them and they are treated as well as myself and my family have been. If you have any car needs at all try TUCKER first !!! You will be very happy with joining there family as I am and my friends are also. My girlfriend just paid her car off a month or so ago and she had some serious health issues and they worked with her until she got thru everything and there are not many BUY HERE PAY HERE lots that would have done that. Most other lots would have repossessed the car as soon as she got behind. NOT TUCKER, they don't work that way. If you stay in touch with them they will do whatever they can to help out. That was pretty nice to do that. We will be lifetime customers at Tucker and the one thing that is MOST IMPORTANT....THEY REPORT TO THE CREDIT BUREAU and they helped me greatly in getting my credit straight. LOVE THE FAMIlY at TUCKER!!!!!!!
Coggin is the BEST!!!! I wanted to send this sooner but I broke my right arm and could, not do anything.Several months ago, my car went through a car wash with my roof window open about one half inch. I never open the roof window so i have no idea how that happened. Needless to say ,many electrical were not working.Orlando Garcia took my car into Nick the mechanic. Nick was fantastic!!! He left several fans on my interior all night long. By morning most everything had dried out and then he proceeded to get all the electrical parts working again. Iwas so elated. Once again I I was lucky enough to have Jeremy Bemberg assist me when my battery was acting weird. AAAcame to my home and charged it and then i came to Coggin.Nick checked it out and found that i must have turned the car door switch for the lights off by accident.My battery checked out ftne. Four days later ,my battery died again.AAA came and replaced with a new battery.I could drive the car but, my radio, and my GPS were not working. Jeremy said is common when the battery is dead. He then proceeded to turn everything back on. Coggin is lucky to have such great workerssuch as Orlando Garcia,Jeremy Bemberg and Nick the mechanic.My whole family drives Hondas. and always will Thank you!!! i
1st let me start by saying I have owned 5 Honda's in total 3 of them I have purchased from Coggin in the last 6 yrs the other 2 was a dealer in NJ before I moved to Fl. I have to say the service level @Coggin is extremely high from the NO pressure sales team to the excellent finance office and don't let me forget the service lane and Lounge. I give them 5 stars because how many dealerships can you take your family to and spend 1 to 2 hrs buying the best product line there is and have the while family entertained whole doing it. I would like to thank Coggin for my Odyessy that served my family well for 4 yrs now upgraded to a Pilot touring and my ever so reliable accord. Thanks for all you do and I will tell all of Orlando there is Bo better Dealership in Orlando that's takes care of it's customers year after year and I must say tue Happy birthday calls to tje Happy holidays truly show they care about there customers and families thank you!!!! Did our homework online before purchasing. Tried working a deal with another dealership but they were only interested in the 'green way' of doing business; wasted 3 days just to get denied. We then called Airport Chrysler Dodge Jeep and spoke to Mark Williams. We emailed all our documentation before walking into the dealership, even got a quote on our trade-in sight unseen. Our salesman worked on our deal on Easter weekend!! We walked into the dealership and our new 2013 Grand Caravan was prepped and ready. We were in and out in 1 1/2 hours. No games, no gimmicks; we got the exact vehicle we wanted at the exact price , no money down with the exact payments we needed! They even honored our agreed upon trade-in value. We had a FANTASTIC experience at this dealership. From the manager, to our salesman, to the finance department; we are SO HAPPY with their AMAZING service. We couldn't be more ecstatic! I've been dealing with Seth Piggott. He's extremely honest (rare in the car salesman world) and really down to earth. He'll tell you his honest opinion and he's extremely patient. He wont try to talk you into buying a car if you're honest with him that you're not ready. We went and checked out a Jeep for my girlfriend yesterday and it was pouring sideways outside. He still went to the lot and pulled up in a nice clean Jeep under the service drive and he allowed us to drive it around a few blocks in the pouring rain. After the test drive, he sat inside the vehicle and told us his opinions of other SUV's but not once did he say anything negative about them. I will admit, I was trying to bait him to say something, anything, negative about the other cars. He was very professional, addressed my questions and instead of talking down the other "guy" he just spoke better of the Jeep. Great service from Seth, we will definitely purchase from him when we decide to purchase another vehicle.
We had sent out numerous Internet pricing requests to multiple dealer ships in our search for a car. They were they first to respond (some never did respond). Also, they were the only to promptly reply to my multiple email inquiries. On Saturday morning we began our search for a car and started here. After that we visited other dealers here in the area. Our experience at these other dealer ships with the sales personnel was mostly negative and unpleasant. The high pressure tacticsand know it all attitudes some of the sale people used on us was unbelievable. At the end of the day we were beat and worn out (shopping for a car is very trying). We reflected back on our experience and we both agreed that if we were going to buy a car it would be here because of how we were treated on our initial visit. The support and no pressure negotiation process was fantastic! They were a real pleasure to work with and we are going to let all our friends and co-workers who are in the market for a car know about it.
