I would give it half a star if I could. I have NEVER EVER been treated with such open rudeness & hostility EVER!! I have a 12 yr old Hyundai & when you go to put gas in it...it closes up & makes it a little difficult to pump the gas. This attendant Merchant ID JA2587164001 was very very angry, nasty & out & out insulting when he yells out: "SO!! WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO GET THIS FIXED!! I CAN'T DO THIS!! DONT YOU COME HERE AGAIN!! YOU COME HERE AGAIN..I WON'T WAIT ON YOU!!!! I have NO idea WHAT this man's problem is as I don't know him & he doesn't know me but I can tell you this: I'd rather walk 20 miles down the highway than deal with this loud, arrogant, aggressive PSYCHO!! I didn't yell back. I DID take the time to go to the station & complain to another worker there. I have no idea who manages this place or who the owner is: But I can tell you this...unless you enjoy a verbal thrashing..I would STRONGLY advise the public to stay away from this station as this worker is clearly unbalanced & who knows what he's capable of?? When I left there...I was shaking. I didn't answer back as I didn't know what h would do. Main St Gas & Auto...you need to hire some decent help!
I brought my wife's car there. She broke down about block away and I jumped car and drove it to this station. I needed an alternator, The mechanic, who owns the place, said leave your number fix it in couple hours and I will call you.Two hours went by he called and said you are all set your car is ready to be picked up. I walked down to the Gulf, the mechanic had left, he gave keys to guy working the gas pumps. The guy took my $150.00 and gave me the keys. I went out to my car and started it and all lights came on in dash. I went back in and asked what happen, he called the owner and he said he thought it might be a bad alternator and I should come back Monday. I went back out to car thinking I would just come back Monday to fix problem, and car would not move. He damaged my car even more beyond alternator. I had to tow it to another mechanic to fix it correctly. When I asked for my money back or partial refund he refused.He knows he screwed up because he never said anything over the phone and took off before I got there. Than I tried to at least get some money back and he didn't want to hear it. Now I am taking him to small claims. Besides a sticker I would never do any service at this place and learn a lesson from me always use a credit card so you don't have to go through what I have to and go to court to get your money back.Sincerely,An honest person
