Phone calls are not answered, machine tells you that everyone is busy. Forced to drive to BOA just to ask a question. Sorry service.
Trying to get to the bottom of the terrible scary abuses. Identity theft, forged withdraws, closing and openings accounts without my knowledge. I am currently trying to fight back and make my case. So far I have been ignored.
Horrible service! Half the time the employees look like they don't know what's going on. There is ALWAYS a wait. All these lanes and only 1 is usually open. Get it together IBC
If I could give Wells Fargo a negative rating, I would. They are essentially holding my employees money hostage because of a check from us that was erroneously returned unpaid. Even after explaining that the returned check was through no fault of my employees and that the funds were available and have even been paid since, Wells Fargo not only placed and kept a 3 week long hold on my employees account, they made the decision to close his account entirely, even after he and I did everything they asked to release the hold on the account. I will never bank with Wells Fargo and will discourage anyone from doing so as well.

I would not recommend this bank to anyone. there are so many fees. I paid $70.00 for over-drafting on $3.02. $35 for over draft and $35 for not paying it in 5 days, then you get charged for keeping track after so many inquires$.50. they get you coming and going.I'm not rich. I waited for a call back from branch manager (Hilary) for a whole month. when I went to close my account because of the fees they were more than happy to close it with no rebuttal on keeping me as a customer. very dissatisfied!!!
