I've gone to the new shop on Centerville Hwy. and my experience was quitethe opposite of all the other reviews. the owner and operator was very courteous she was on time and my hair was beautiful. My hair is natural and I did not want any of it out. Her closures are seamless and my hair is not poofy or lumpy looking. I was very satisfied.

DON'T GO HERE! My sister had a sew-in done here by the owner herself; my sister's sew-in lasted over two months without any of her tracks falling out. Since they supposedly did well, I decided to try something new besides the $50 Weave Shop, a place I usually would get my sew-in done. BAD IDEA. First off, the wait was horrible. I had to wait over an hour until ONE braider was done with ONE head (put in mind when I first got there she was half-way done). Secondly, after the braider conrowed my scalp horribly with one braid randomly sticking out, I had to wait an additional 2 hrs until one of the stylists was done with another client. (who, according to the other stylists working there, was already "late and slacking" after I arrived). Less than A DAY after getting my sew-in, 1 of my tracks came loose & was falling out. After going back to have then correct it, 2 days later the same one & 3 more tracks had came loose as well. idk if it was the stylist or what but that is RIDICULOUS!

I am a first time customer who can say I will be going back. My hair looked amazing afterwards. Yeah the wait is a little ridiculous, but it was very worth it. My experience there was a good one. Can't speak on how yours will be, but I can say they are recommendable.

Not about business. Doesn't value customer's time. Doesn't open on time. Owner/operator sets appointments, and doesn't show up on time. Customers are given a time frame of 2 hours, but ends up in the shop for 8+ hours. Won't be a place I go to again.
