I’m very upset, I recently bought a washer and dryer, I spent 1400 on EACH one! My dryer started making a loud noise, so I called the manufacturer because my warranty company ( I bought the extended warranty) told me that it was still under manufacturer warranty. LG sent out a technician, and because of the dents in it they said they were unable to repair because it was not covered. So I called my extended warranty, they sent the same company out LG sent out, I just got a call from them saying they were unable to do the repairs because all the serial numbers were removed from the unit. So not only is my dryer broken, the warranty I was sold is void because there is no serial number. They told me it is against the law to sell a product as New with no serial number. What can be done? I need results ASAP. I contacted a law office and they told me to file a civil suit for wrongfully selling a product as New. I don’t want to go through all of that, I would appreciate the business where I put my trust and bought this product to make this situation right. I just finished paying this product off and I wanted to buy a bedset, and not I feel like this business is a scam. Please contact me and make this right. Thank you Michell Aguirre and Adriana Rivera

Our sofa is awesome, took 6 weeks to get it, no one ever answers the phone, customer service sucks, my delivery guys literally just dumped my 3 piece sectional on their sides and left, ugh

was told that they placed my order at the being of june by juen 28 I was told it was lost in there wearhouse. which in fact it was never order

Consumer service Is terrible as soon as you sigh the paper work. Waited 40 days to finally get my couch. Called several times and they said they would call me back, never received a call. When I said I wanted my money back some how out of nowhere it was on the truck to be delivered the next day. They said it would be delivered 3:00 to 6:00. Truck finally showed up at 8:00. Asked to talk to a manager several times but they were always busy. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

Went in today to look for a new mattress. I had been shopping around town for a few weeks and finally decided to get it done. Was welcomed in as soon as I got through the doors. I spoke with a young lady for a few moments before Chris came over to help me with final pricing. Chris was great and made sure I left with what I was looking for. I will definitely be back if ever in the need for more furniture. Already started looking at their dining tables!

they have a waitress that is RUDE and the cashier laid my change down on the counter not trying to go there again this is not the first time I have had this waitress same experience RUDE .

Great selection! Bought a king mattress way cheaper than other stores I looked at in Stockton. Told me 2 weeks before it would be in stock... less than a week later they delivered and set up!

Terrible! The sales woman was very nice, and quite helpful! After being told I would have my bedroom set, mattress, couch and end table in 2-3 weeks I didn't hear from them for almost 6 weeks. I tried calling several times. Sometimes no answer, sometimes my information would be taken down and I would be promised a return call. Nobody ever calls. Finally after an additional week I received a call to schedule my deliver for 1-3. After 5 I still hadn't received anything. I call the store again, no answer. I try again at 6, talk to a sales associate who offers to call me back. So I ask to talk to a manager. After trying to give me more excuses, the sales associate finally convinces manager Danny to talk to me. He makes excuse after excuse but has no actual answers. He offers to call me back. Didn't happen. They finally showed up after 745 and where there until almost 10pm. The furniture is nice, but it wasn't worth the time spent or insane frustration. I can barely stand to look at it now.

All i have to say is don't buy from American Fine Furniture some of their stuff is made in China. If I'm going to pay big money I better have good quality furniture. 3 Service where delivery all of them had a defect on it. I want my money back!!!! And take back your dining room and your server I'm very unhappy customer. You don't even deserve one star!!
