The staff had provided me wrongful information. Prior to coming to this facility, I spoke with their receptionist Jericka & she told me that if I don't have the physical form, they have a form for $30. Upon check in, I was asked to pay $30. I was not aware that I can't even use my insurance nor I still had to pay the $30 fee. When I confronted Jericka, she told me the $30 is for an overall fee.
The nurses care! I mean- they truly care!! The Dr will listen to you. He understands peoples needs. He will help you if you are sick. This is a real Doctor. This is a team of professionals here. But they do mix the needed love in there. A+++.
You get what you pay for. Nurse was pleasant but the female doctor??? Lori Long had the bedside manner of a rock. Regardless, I got what I needed which was something the VA couldn't provide.

this place is great we went in because my dad needed stiches and they saw him and we left all within 1 hour and 10 min. which for urgent care is awesome.
