        Customer service was only present long enough for you to sign contract. As soon as you walk out the door it is unheard of, and this is in regards to the "mgr" of the store. Things just don't Aadd up:(

        The store manager, Amera,provides excellent service and encourages her staff to do the same. I have had a few issues with my new Samsung phone, The staff has been very helpful and patient. I live very near another Verizon outlet but drive to the Trinity Parkway store because of the great service! Excellent!

        They have the worst customer service ever! If you change phones make sure you ask them what changes happen to your Plan because they won't tell you.
