Trefoxx Property Management

Beware of Trefoxx! My condo needs a roof desperatly, so much so, that when it rains my ceiling begin to sag. When this happens Trefoxx sends a repairman to fix the ceiling, but not the roof. So here we go again. It just rained and the bedroom has a sagging ceiling. I contacted Trefoxx, I'm still waiting for a call back.
I just pray that black mold doesn't start growing. I've seen whole buildings demolished because of the dangers of black mold.
It is the property managments (Trefoxx) responsibility to maintain the exterior of these condos. If they would hold up there end of the contract, there wouldn't be a problem.

Trefoxx is unsatisfactory. They pass the buck, don't return phone calls, history of numerous code enforcement violations.. Not helpful, not professional, arrogant attitudes. In a nutshell avoid them.

My daughter rents from them

She has had no problems

Everything is takin care of immediately

They know what they are doing they have been around a lot longer than Starr Property!
