If I could possibly give Sears Home warranty no stars I would do so!!! Do not get suckered into one of their contracts!!! They assure the customer that everything is covered for only a small service fee BUT when you call you are advised "Oh sorry that is not covered under your contact"!!! This has happened to me twice now and I called to cancel today and was advised my contact was not eligible to cancel for 9 months and I would need to pay an early cancellation fee. None of this information was mentioned by the sales person on the phone trying to sell Sears Home Warranties. I feel as though I was taken advantage of by their sales people who I am sure, just like other companies, the sales people are required to make a quota and either neglect to give all information or have a smooth way of glossing over important facts. PLEASE BEWARE and find out EXACTLY what the entire process of your "contract home warranty" consists of before hand and save yourself grief!!! NOT HAPPY WITH SEARS

Purchased new dishwasher here. Looked around and the price was more than Best Buy but I like the service by Sears.
