Excellent dentist and superb staff!

We have been patients of Dr. Rore's for several years. We have always been treated like family. Dr. Rore is always willing to take time to explain all treatment options and makes sure you are comfortable. His staff is the best! Everyone is kind and welcoming. We moved to Monterey, CA, a year and a half ago and we still come to Dr. Rore for all of our dental care. It is worth the 2-1/2 hour drive each way to receive the best dental care in the Central Valley!!!

Fluoride Treatment
Dental Sealants
As a practice, we are true believers that preventative care and education are the keys to optimal dental health. We strive to provide “ dental health care ” vs. “ disease care ”. That’s why we focus on thorough exams – checking the overall health of your teeth and gums, performing oral cancer exams, and taking x-rays when necessary. We also know that routine cleanings, flossing, sealants, and fluoride are all helpful in preventing dental disease. Not only are we focused on the beauty of your smile, we’re also concerned about your health. A review of your medical history can help us stay informed of your overall health, any new medications, and any illnesses that may impact your dental health.

Fillings
Although studies indicate that there are no measurable health risks to patients who have silver fillings, we do know that mercury is a toxic material when we are exposed at high, unsafe levels. For instance, we have been warned to limit the consumption of certain types of fish that carry high levels of mercury in them. However, with respect to amalgam fillings, the ADA maintains that when the mercury combines with the other components of the filling, it becomes an inactive substance that is safe.
Veneers
Porcelain veneers are very thin shells of tooth-shaped porcelain that are individually crafted to cover the fronts of teeth. They are very durable and will not stain, making them a very popular solution for those seeking to restore or enhance the beauty of their smile.
Crowns
I have been a patient for the past 15yrs. Up until recently I only had 6mo ck ups. Always a positive experience. I lost my crown and called the office at 5:30pm and they scheduled me for 8:30am the next day. Very happy with the outcome. Great staff and Dr Rore is very professional.
Bridges
Yes, as part of our practice we provide all cosmetic dentistry procedures including: Zoom 1 hour whitening, take home tray whitening, tooth color bonding, porcelain veneers, crowns and bridges. I also place implants for people who are interested in getting rid of removable appliances or don't want natural teeth cut away to replace missing teeth with bridges.
Dental Bonding

Root Canal Treatment
Although I was initially nervous, I had a root canal yesterday. It was painless. Dr. Rore and Kim, his assistant, were so professional and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. I just think they are the best. Thank you Dr. Rore for a good experience.

Dentures
– Brush at least twice a day with an ADA approved fluoride toothpaste and toothbrush. Floss daily to remove food debris and plaque from in between the teeth and under the gumline. Brush or use a tongue scraper to clean the tongue and reach the back areas. Replace your toothbrush every 2 to 3 months. If you wear dentures or removable bridges, clean them thoroughly and place them back in your mouth in the morning.

Dental Implants
There are many modern alternatives to partials and dentures, such as bonded bridges and implants which provide normal, natural feeling replacement teeth. An additional advantage of implants is that once placed, they stimulate the jaws and help prevent the bone from shrinking away as happens when a tooth is missing. However, not every one is a candidate for implants so every case has to be individually checked so that we know what is best for you, your mouth and smile.

Orthodontics
Venessa our scheduling coordinator has over 12 years experience in both Dental & Orthodontics. Because of this experience, she has the knowledge to help schedule the appointment to best serve your individual needs.
Braces
Less visible and more effective brackets and wires are making straightening teeth with orthodontics much more appealing to adult patients. Also, in some cases, teeth may be straightened with custom-made, clear, removable aligners that require no braces.

Teeth Whitening
Bleaching lightens teeth that have been stained or discolored by age, food, drink, and smoking. Teeth darkened as a result of injury or taking certain medications can also be bleached, but the effectiveness depends on the degree of staining present.
