HORRIBLE, VERY DISAPPOINTED!

First of all the guy shows up in an unmarked van with absolutely no logo on it. His vacuum hose was too short, it kept slipping off from the nozzle and end up suctioning his shirt. So he moves my sectional about 4 feet closer. He didn't even take his time, finished the work in about 20 minutes. Most of the time he kept looking around my house. Didn't even move my sectional back in place. The stains and smells are still there! Didn't even make a difference! I basically paid the guy to wet my sectional. I am very disappointed!

I received terrific service today from Johnny at Favors Carpet Cleaning. He was prompt (actually 20 minutes early--almost unheard of!!), extremely courteous, and worked HARD. The price he charged was very, very reasonable for the amount of carpeted areas he cleaned in our house (6 rooms plus the hallway). He took his time, too, about 1.5 hours total, which I appreciate. By the way, I had called several carpet cleaners the previous day to get quotes, and Favors beat them all by a long shot!! I definitely would recommend them and plan to use them again. :)

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! This review is well overdue for FAVORS CARPET CLEANING. While in my (female) home, he was very professional and worked extremely hard while assisting me with furniture movement. The price was not enough for the amount of work he performed and he deserved a tip. I believe you will get more than your money's worth. My upstairs, downstairs and stairwell were divine in-lieu-of their light-toned hues which receive several paw prints from my three pit bulls. I RECOMMEND FAVORS CARPET CLEANING 100%..! I will continue to utilize his service for future needs, which will likely be quarterly because of my three dogs and visits from my beautiful little people (four grandchildren ages 1, 3, 5 and 16).
