I experienced excellent customer service from Clairee Goins. She did my policy over the phone. She was very patient, as well as respectful. Excellent service!

I had an awesome experience with cost u less Claire was very helpful she did an amazing job I would recommend Cost You Less insurance and have them speak with Clair Goins I recommend my friends to them and my family she was very helpful and answered all my questions

I am very disappointed with the service I got. During my time there I was never inform that I had to pay a broker fee & don't even remember the agent mentioning the paper work during signing ( I take responsibility for that, next read before signing). After I notice I was charged a large amount I asked the agent to cancel, he told it was non refundable.

They charged me over $400 for a down payment. I am going back to Titan insurance.
