        Overall

        Horrible customer service staff are very rude i had braces with them and i was hardly ever seen about every 2 months on there time and schedule not caring about my time and job schedule. Also dentist orthodontist chang was always rude as well and the end of my treatment she grinded off my canine teeth and said she didnt now and refuse to fill in the damage she caused manager carol and niomi were very careless didnt care about what had happened and they all refuse to give me my retainer after treatment i was suppossed to receive..and they over charging my bank acct saying i missed payments for whick i provided proof i paid and still charged my acct and i had to pay 31$ to have the transactions stopped from stealing money from my acct. I would never recommend this dentist group bright now dental sucks stay away from them i wish i would have!!!!!
