Excellent and timely service. The person taking and dispatching service people is excellent, very professional. Unfortunately, our TV was beyond repair and the service guy took it with him for recycling - normally a headache for the owner- I very much appreciative of that service.
I went in Best Buy to get some stuff and my six year old with autism needed to use the restroom. The employees would not let her use their restroom, even though she was clearly about to pee her pants and the nearest restroom was across the mall. They are such heartless jerks!
They sounded nice, but would not give a simple quote over the phone?
I bought there insurance and paid 15.00 per month. There employee told us that if we had a claim that we would get our replacement phone in less then 2 day it been over a week and they still can't tell me when my phone is coming in what a joke
DO NOT take anything to the GEEK squad. They are a bunch of idiots that will charge you and arm and a leg and they will not even fix the problem. They send it to the manufacturer for repair and charge you about $100.00 just for shipping. then you have to pay the shipping back and the repairs nad ther handling fees. Take it to a REAL PC repair place in town where yo will pay a fraction of the cost and get done fast and right. Save your money and stay away from this idiots. Their name says it all...a bunch of GEEKS!!!
