She's a very smart person . She keep all your clothing shoes and whatever you have and says you can't have it back.I left many items and she told me she wanted to extend the contract. Now she just said you can't have anything back if you extend the contract.she never told me that.
Owner charged my account based on a phone call by a third party. I did not receive a phone call to authorize purchase. This is a practice thay can cause huge financial problems if a large amount. Owner would not admit that she made a mistake. I did not receive a call to authorize this purchase, yet the owner was argumentative and that she was in the right because someone told her to put it on my account. I would have appreciated the owner if she admitted her mistake, and tried to make it right.she did finally offered to give me the flowers free, all that was very argumentative. I chose another florist fearing the product that I would receive would not be quality work.
This is a great store. People are always so overly critical of everything (i.e. other reviews). Their prices are great. People there are kind. They don't need to turn cart wheels for me a simple hello will suffice. At least they greet you when you come in the door. Most big retail stores don't say a word to you and you all love to throw all of your money at them. Support small business! Where else can you find good as new items for these great prices
