Fine in Stockbridge, GA

My name is Pamela Hobbs and I was at your salon in Stockbridge off of Hudson Bridge Rd. I entered your salon at 9:00 along with about 8 other clients on a first come serve basis. Your attendant passed over me with the first round of customers. I spoke out. Later she have given me the woman JJ. whom after 20 minutes of sitting with her pleaded to me that she could not serve me because she was too busy and did not want to mess my hairstyle up. I sat for another hour and a half or more. Heated. Proceeded to try and find another salon your attendant ask me to stay. I literally walked out of your shop 5 and half hours later after being the first in your salon. About 10-15 perhaps more customers were served before me. They did not offer to comp the hairstyle which was $65.00 for some twist and I felt cheated and abused as a customer. This should never happen at any pave of business. Not good customer service at All. Though polite, they ruined my day because 5 hours and some is like a half of work day and everyone should have respect of time because it's what we live by. Excellent Loc Service by Ms Dee. The staff all have great spirits and attitudes and are very professional and friendly. They do it all: locs weaves braids and natural styles. I Would highly recommend!

They have the worst stylist ever! They had my hair in knots under my sew in. I lost half of my hair. They also did my daughters hair and the same thing happened. I paid 250 for my hair bundles and the stylist had the nerve to cut my wifts! I am livid!! They charged me 175.00 for a vixen they screwed up. Ladies please stay away from that place.

Horrible! I went in for highlights and a cut. And came out looking like a mangled tiger. I told Brenda, the stylist that i wanted blonde highlights and a long bob cut. I already have red hair. Once she finished the highlights and dried my hair it was still red...but more orange than anything. My jaw dropped. She said i would need to come in a few weeks and repay to get it done again. When i pointed out all of the VERY obvious dark stripes where she had missed she said that they'll blend in a day or two. I cannot move my part at all or the stripes are showing badly. Okay so im already on edge. Here comes the cut. She left the front long like it should be but then cut all the way around my heas the same length. Instead of a bob i have a bowl cut with bangs. With tiger stripes. Not to mention she didnt even cut a straight line!! I wish i could upload pics in this reveiw so everyone can see just how bad this is. Do not go here!

I went to Touch By An Angel today 09/20/2015 it was the WORST customer service I called ahead to if they can do short my short hair they said yes $45 so I decided to go in the lady MS.JJ automatically said she couldn't do my hair she sat in a back room and did not even come to introduce her or discuss my hair at all !!! She sat in the back and sent the delivery boy (the receptionist ) to relay the message to me !! The other stylist with short blonde hair did try to help and talk to me but Ms . JJ on the other hand did not even come look at my hair and just said NO terrible place to get ur hair done.. They were going charge me $45 for a cut .. And wash and charge my friend the same for a natural blow out !! We read the reviews before we went but thought hey let's give them a CHANCE ! Don't do it they are unprofessional well MS.JJ is !!! Don't go there ���� if I didn't have to rate this place to post this I wouldn't.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!! MARIA MESSED UP MY HAIR SHE MADE IT LOOK LIKE A WATER ⛲ on the top of my head smh. then to top it off I got a chemical burn.... not a good experience at all more like touched by the devil!!!!!

PEOPLE DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO TOUCHED BY AN ANGEL IN STOCKBRIDGE,GA I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THEM A STAR. MARIA MESSED UP MY HAIR AND GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND SIZED ME UP AND KEPT TELLING ME TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY. I WISH I COULD POST THE PICTURE OF WHAT SHE DID. 1ST SHE BURNED MY SCALP THEN SHE RAKED THE COMB THROUGH MY BURNED SCALP THEN FURTHER IRRITATED IT MORE BY BRAIDING IT TO TIGHT. OH AND TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE THE CLOSURE WAS NOT DONE RIGHT CAUSE IT LOOKED LIKE I HAD A WATER ⛲ COMING OUT THE TOP OF MY HEAD SMH. THEN TO TOP IT OFF SHE ADMITTED TO DOING SOMETHING WRONG BUT THEN RESCHEDULED ME ON HER DAY OFF. SAYING ALL THIS TO SAY GOD DON'T LIKE UGLY AND KARMA IS A B@#$%!!!!!

so sorry you didn't like the hair. I would have been ok with replacing it. it is possible to get a bad batch. I am glad to know you liked the install. we strive to make sure that our customers have a great experience and we try to correct any problems if you are not satisfied. I have since changed venders and have been getting great results with the hair.
