If you want to encounter a complete JERK, this is the place to go! If this were the last tire shop in town, i would sell my vehicle and buy a horse.
I just picked up my car. I specifically requested the more expensive oil change package and requested the car be vacuumed. It was not vacuumed. It may be petty but I paid to have that done, so it ticks me off. It took an about an hour.
The least responsible place I have ever been to.Took my car for an oil change today and they refused to do it because of minor leakage on the gasket. And I was like WOW how responsible of them. So before taking my car out of the lot, out of curiousity opened the hood to see if its something visible I notice anything before taking it to a mechanic. (And thank God I did it!) The idiot who worked on my car had opened the gasget and left the cap on the engine!!! I cant imagine what would have happened to the engine if I hadn't looked at it and noticed it. When I told them about their mistake the manager said. All I can say is "I'm sorry"!!! That's it.
