They are liars and thieves! If your vehicle is in their possession, you are at risk for stolen or broken property. Plus they are rude and hang up on you when they disagree with what you’re saying. They stole everything out of a vehicle that is not theirs!

I know if you need a tow, you're in a bind but, DONT ADD INSULT TO INJURY WITH THIS COMPANY. I'd give this review zero stars if it were an option. Just as rude as they are lazy. I've dealt with maybe 20+ wrecker services over the years, but I didn't know you could be sooo lazy that you'd rather find reasons you can't tow it than simply get paid to drive. That's LAZY for you. A 2 hour round trip isn't fun, however, getting paid to do it (not to mention, outrageous fee's $450.00) should make it whole lot less painful. Etremely LAZY, RUDE, and GROSSLY OVERPRICED.

UPDATE to review- I found a tow company in the same city and the tow went off without one problem or excuse and they had it picked up and delivered to me (an hour away) within 85 minutes almost 1/2 the price. I asked him if he had any issues because the last company......., he actually guessed the name of the company I was referring to (if that tells you anything) and also told me everybody in the area has problems with them.

Very rude and hostile. I do not understand why they were certified by AAA. Sounded like they didn't want to do the job request but instead of declining the job they yell at me because they have to tow 170 miles. Told them to forget it I will call someone who wants the money. Did not feel comfortable riding with a hostile and rude stranger. Someone suggested Cowboy Towing, they were happy to help and Jason said he was willing to tow me to California if need be.

Called in to report that the roll-back driver was driving reckless and was promptly cussed out by the owner (who would not give me his name). If I could give this company zero stars I would. My hope is that these guys are shut down before someone gets hurt by their driver. Avoid these guys as all costs.

I mow yards for a living and was pulled over by a cop while on the job. Cop impounds my SUV. Expired tag. I'll complain about the police department and the law that allowed them to leave me stranded on another site. As for this "business", I am only giving a 1-star rating because the system won't allow a zero. Worst experience dealing with a business in my entire life. To be fair, I dealt with 4 employees. 2 did their job with no incident. My complaint is mainly about the other 2, 1 in particular. This maniac flew into a rage when I complained that I didn't have $177 in cash (I tried to pay with a credit card). He said he wasn't giving me my car even though I had the official release document from the police department and that he would charge me an extra $18/day until he felt like giving it to me (even thought I told him I could be back in 30 minutes with cash). His reasoning was because "he didn't like me" and that it was my fault for letting my tag expire. When I called the police station to find out what I should do, he started screaming so loudly that I could not hear the person on the phone. The verbal outburst became increasingly hostile to the point where I actually felt physically threatened (I was there alone). I begged the Stillwater Police to send a Payne County deputy over to try to calm him down, which they did. However, the deputy claimed that all I could do was hope that he changed his mind and that I could file a complaint with the Dept. of Public Safety in an attempt to have their license take away. Eventually, I went back later in the day when a different employee was working and received my car with no incident. An innocent day of trying to make a few bucks mowing yards ended in being stranded in an unfamiliar neighborhood with a trailer, mowers, and various other equipment, $426 in various "fees", and an unprovoked verbal assault from a lowly tow truck driver. If your car gets towed to this impound yard, please do not go to this place alone. It may not be safe.

VERY VERY rude and unprofessional. Wouldn't look us in the eye, and had one foot out the door when we were trying to get information about cost etc. Can't believe Oklahoma State University contracts with these guys.

Locked myself out of my car (again) and the temperature is 109. The gentleman came right way after calling AAA. There is a huge fire E. of Stillwater, the man had a family member that just lost a home and yet he came. I appreciate his quick response regardless of his personal loss...thank you kind sir!

I don't understand the other negative reviews. I was stranded on the side of the highway just a few exits from Stillwater, and called them b/c Google listed them as the nearest tow company. My car was smoking from the engine, and they showed up in less than 15 minutes, were really nice, and took my car to my dad's mechanic in town with no problem.

I'll definitely call them again! (But hopefully I won't need to, haha!)

Simon's towed my vehicle out of my own car spot during Game Day in Stillwater. When I received a copy of the DPS private property tow form, the signature was not that of an authorized individual, aka the property owner or property management group. I verified the illegitimacy of this tow with my property manager. When informing Simon's Tow, we were sworn to, hung up on, and received a return phone call informing us that "I have the car and that's all that matters." I would not recommend using this horrible tow company. I am pursuing civil action for towing a vehicle without proper authorization.

Thieves & Bullies

My vehicle was towed for a legimate reason, but while it was impounded, these guys drained my gas tank. When I tried to discuss the matter with the owner, it went from bad to worse quickly. If you have a choice, skip these guys and use someone ligitimate.

HORRIBLE!!

They were quite possibly the rudest people I have ever talked to. My receipt charged me 25$ for a "special equipment" charge, which when I called ( and got hung up on 3 times) they said it was for dollie charges.. which on my receipt is clearly marked 'wheel lift" which is standard and should NOT cost extra. Also, my total does not add up to the 160$, it adds up to 125$, even with the 25$ bogus charge. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!
