Very bad service. I would never call them again. Waited for 3 days to fix my fridge and still no word from them.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CLIENT SERVICES & UNPROFESSIONAL!! RUN AWAY!! 7/9 arrived over an hour late. whirlpool PAID them to assess my washer and dryer. did not asses washer. said they changed a fuse on dryer and I paid them for the work. Dryer stopped working again the next day. They would not move washer and dryer back and properly hook it up. I AM 32 WEEKS PREGNANT AND HAD TO DO THIS MYSELF!!! Rescheduled for them to come again. 7/12 arrived over 2 HOURS LATE no explanation. I called and asked "mrs. thomas" why they had not shown up. her only reply is "i cant answer that they will be there when they can" I had to cancel appointments to wait for them to show up. When they finally did finally show up. Don and his assistant look at the dryer again. The assistant (a large while male who did not identify himself) came in my home with an attitude as if this trip was an inconvenience to him. He was not cooperative with Don (who I am assuming is the lead tech?) They called some techs on the phone to walk them through fixing my dryer again. Don tells me that the assistant did not properly tighten some part called a thermal mister and that I should not have this problem again. They leave. THE DRYER STOPS WORKING AGAIN AFTER THE 3RD WASH/DRY CYCLE I called and again spoke with "mrs. thomas" who is again rude on the phone. I told her i was a very unhappy customer and wanted my dryer fixed correctly. She became indignant with me, raised her voice and said I cant do anything about that, Don is the owner I cant control what he does!! She said she could schedule them to come in a week! I told her that is way to long when they come to my city more often than that (according to a prior conversation). She still scheduled me for 7/26 9am 7/26 11am no one has called or came by. I called the office to inform "mrs. thomas" that no one has called or came by. she gets huffy with me and said "what do you want me to do?? I can just tell him and have him call you back. maybe they didnt come because of the storm.." I told her that is not acceptable to not have even called. She raised her voice and said "mam in not trying be rude but there is NOTHING I CAN DO!... I can just reschedule you again" I called whirlpool to complain and have them removed from their certified technitians list. They agreed. The whirlpool cust service rep called abc as a go between to resolve the issue. They agreed to come on 7/29 between 8am and noon. 7/29 by 1pm no call no show. I called whirlpool to compain that they did not call or show YET AGAIN! Whirlpool called them and "mrs. thomas" had the nerve to say that the appointment was cancelled!! CANCELLED BY WHO? DOES THIS MAKE SENSE TO YOU? WHY WOULD I PAY YOU GOOD MONEY TO FIX MY DRYER, ITS STILL NOT WORKING AND THEN CANCELL IT AND LET YOU KEEP MY FREAKING MONEY??? Whirlpool advised me to call an attorney and the BBB and I just did and I called KFor in your corner!! I called abc to demand a refund and "mrs. thomas" has hung up on me over 5 times. Every time I call she raises her voice, yells at me, tells me not to speak to her with an attitude as If I PERFORMED THE TERRIBLE SERVICE and said she doesnt handle the money, although she had no problem handling and charging my credit card for the terrible service rendered. I will post again after I get the resolution I seek.
Never hire them. Call Hometown Brands, even if you have to wait for an appointment. ABC charged me $55 for a service call and then never ordered my parts or followed up with me. They are completely incompetent.
