I would suggest going anywhere but here. Feel free to call me if you want a review for 405-880-1190 . I spent over $1000 repairing phones and iPads at this place. They used cheap batteries to put in my Galaxy S fours and blew up two of them one at the factory and one here at this location. The clerk called the manager and said he just bought this business and he won't warranty them. I would suggest going anywhere but here. What a way to get and keep customers. He just lost one here.
Took computer in because it wouldnt open a page. I thought i would be proactive and take it in. Other than that one page eveything else worked fine. Guy said it would be ready following day 11 days later went to pick it up only to find it wont even boot up...no lie went from one page giving me problem to a completely unusable computer. Denanded a refund...now i have no computer for my custom work, i lost 100s in orders, my computer is how i earn. Run from these guys they have no idea. Took it to ab computers he said they had no business taking it apart especially for a virus...the bottom was all messed up.
Low quality techs and low quality parts. I recommend that you never go to this place. They will say everything you want to hear but in the end it will be a very bad investment!
I strongly recommend that if you have any electronics that need repair that you DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT take it to CPR in Stillwater. They have the absolute worst costumer service, all the way up to the owner. After 2 1/2 weeks and, multiple phone calls (of which I had to make because no one would return calls when they said they would), 5 trips to Stillwater (mind you I was told it would be repaired the same day I dropped it off), we picked it up, semi-working but they had lost the case that was on it when I dropped it off. They had told us that we would receive a discount for all the trouble that we had endured, which they then denied offering us and accused me of lying about the lost case but offered me a 75% discount to buy a new one...ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! THE WORST CUSTUMER SERVICE EVER!! If there was a 0 rating, that would be my choice.
