They use their online discount prices as a lure to draw you in. Then they tell you when you get there that there is no scenario under which you can get the online discount price. They quote you a much higher price as their "bottom line price" and tell you that you will have to pay more if you want the car. With me, they went from 25,000 to 26,600 and simply would not honor the online price. When I asked for an explanation, they just kept changing the subject and playing dishonest games. Bad people.

This place is deceitful. Me and my fiance got a car in February of this year but before we signed off on our car we have now, we had a car for some hours before we realized that the automatic locks didnt work so we asked to switch it out. They told us that we only get 1 trade in within the allowed time (which was some days) we basically used that 1 trade in we had when we told them about the automatic locks. We thought then that couldnt be right but we needed a car to get to work so we took the next best thing in our price range. As we get this other car we start to find problems within a month or 2 of having it, when we tried to talk to the GM that we bought the car from he no longer worked there and was replaced by someone else named phillip. When we try to talk to him about all the problems we were finding on this car he basically told us he couldnt help us because all this stuff wasnt covered under the warranty they gave us (mind you it isnt even a great warranty because you cant add anything else to it but what they give you). Fast forwarding to now, we come to them with our car shutting off on us in the middle of the road, when i call to speak with the GM i always get the run around and im never able to speak with him because he is always out or busy, only a guy named michael. Today 12/4 i get a call about bringing my car in tomorrow morning to get certain things fixed on it and the lady at the front desk has no idea what im talking about so me being worried about them cancelling on me i ask to speak to michael (which was the person i set the appointment up with) but he wasnt there so i ask to speak with phillip and he is outside with a customer so i told they lady i would wait for him on the phone but she insist i get a call back from him so to save the hassle i give her my phone number but to NO suprise i get no phone call back from phillip. We were new to stillwater and had no idea of the reputation of this place but now we are stuck until we pay it off.

The guy Blain Wright really did not not what was on the lot and the cars info. I could not seem to get anyone to let me know what was going on with the financing. would rather drive to the city than deal with this car dealership ever again.

We approached dealerships all over the state of Oklahoma with one goal. The objective was to find us the perfect used car in 2 weeks and finance it lower than we could. I won’t lie, our criteria was very strict. Katie Sutherland was the BEST salesperson we’d encountered ANYWHERE. We knew right away that Katie was dedicated to actually help us and not just make a sale. She treated us like we were lifelong friends, taking the time to listen to our needs and checking in with us just to see how we were doing and ensuring us that she was doing everything she could to find us our dream car. One day we got the call. It was just a few days before our deadline when we HAD to have to car for an out of town business trip. Katie said that she was pretty sure she’d found us the car we wanted. We live in Norman, 82 miles away from her. She sent us pictures and immediately, we knew she was right. It was perfect. The Cherry on top came when she offered to bring the car to Norman on her day off since she knew we needed the car ASAP. Katie brought the car to Norman on her day off and we were in love with the car instantly. Since purchasing the car, Katie has called me a few times just to check and see how we were doing and make sure we were totally satisfied. Katie sacrificed her time, became personally invested in our needs and built a relationship with us. I couldn’t ask for anything better. I was dreading buying a car because I think we all fear dealing with pushy salesmen, but Katie was exceptional. She made buying a car enjoyable, stress free, and honestly, I feel like I was treated like family not just a customer. All dealerships should model their sales training to train their salespeople to be just like her. That is the best car buying experience a person could hope for. I hope that you’ll choose Katie when you go to Barry Sanders Super Center because everyone should be this satisfied.
I bought a 2011 Toyota Camry today, and I couldn't be happier, Katie helped me and this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The staff was VERY friendly, and VERY helpful in finding me a great car. I highly recommend looking there first the next time you buy a car, I say this because you will not have to visit another dealer. they have a lot of cars and can find something you like and can afford no matter your budget. 5 Stars! also, they have "the wettest water in town."
The best car buying experience ever! Loved Katie Sutherland!! She took the time to sit with us and helped us with more than just the aspects of the car but made sure we were comfortable and really listened to our needs and jumped in to supply the best experience she could. The detailer was gone for the day but before leaving we saw her personally out there cleaning the windows (on a hot day none the less). The next day when we stopped back by she still remember about our busy schedules and that meant a lot.
This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! Katie and Chris helped me out tremendously. Katie was helping me and two other customers at the same time, and pulled it off seamlessly. Barry Sanders Super center is a great dealership as a whole, but Katie is their SHINING STAR! I don't see myself buying a car from anyone else.
