Quite possibly the worst customer service experience of my life. Left my debit card in their Old style ATM. Employee first told me they hadn't been retrieved. When she found out I wasn't a customer, she told me it had probably already been retrieved and destroyed -- which is it? And was told even if it hadn't been destroyed - It was their policy to not return them. When asked why, I was told "I'm not paid to make policy - I'm only paid to enforce the policy". I even offered to have my bank call them to confirm. No deal. As a business owner that has been asked to switch to RCB by their salespeople - my answer is NO.
Nice people, but their online bill-paying system is extremely inefficient. They won't accept some payees, and so insist on paying them by check. This resulted in a late payment charge for us....I am used to being able to schedule my payments online, knowing exactly when they'll be paid, and with none of this nonsense about paying by check.
