The first time I called them was a few years ago. My Electrolux refrigerator's ice maker quit running. The receptionist took my number. They never called me back. I called them two more times before I gave up. This year the ice maker stopped working so I called Advanced Appliance because it was suggested on the Electrolux repair website. The man told me that if I changed my water filter it would probably work. This was hard for me to believe, since the ice maker has gone out 3 times since 2010 and the reviews say it's a faulty product. He left without doing anything. I changed the filter and it still doesn't work. I don't think he knew much about this product. I wouldn't recommend this business.

Came to my home 2x. 1st time said it was unballanced load. Said be sure to not over load washer. 2nd time Showed him a video of it doing this issue but apparently that didnt help, he sorta ran a extreamly small load 5 items, said it was working fine, it didnt do what we said it was doing. First load today day after his vist error code E1 F3. Still not fixed. He is a nice person but not so sure he is capable on whirlpool cabrio.
I see from a previous review someone was using them with a Lowe's Warranty. I, too, had the same problem, however, it wasn't Advanced Appliance's fault. Lowe's had not got the email sent in time for them to come out the day Lowe's had told me. I called in to Advanced Appliance and the girl who answered the phone found my information and said I had been scheduled for a different day, but would get me worked in that day. I then called Lowe's Warranty and this is in fact what happened. The man who came to my house, I think his name is Chuck, was very nice and professional and apologized for the days getting mixed up, even though it wasn't his fault. My dryer was fixed immediately and I even got a call a few days later making sure everything was still working. I will use them again if I need another appliance worked on.
No show, No Call after waiting a week for appointment day to come. Lowe's Warranty work. Lowe's says sorry we will get someone else to come out. Lowe's should stand behind their warranty and nothing but lip service is what you get. Lowe's Service Advantage is a joke. Do not waste your money on their Protection Plans.
It took 4 weeks to get my clothes dryer back. Sometimes I didn't think the lady that answered the phone ever knew where the repair man was on the progress. I'm not sending anything there again.
