We had a house fire in June and were trying very quickly to rebuild. We found Morgan and were met with empathy and positive attitude about our situation. Mike met with us personally and gave us a very fair estimate that was much lower than the other quotes we got. With all the contractors we had to deal with during our dilemma, Mike and his company were truly the easiest to deal with. They were at the project every time they said they would be there ( and sometimes more☺️), which is hard to come by. Thanks to those boys for really helping us through our otherwise devastating situation. God bless.

The staff from Morgan were awesome to deal with. Mike S. was straightforward and upfront. They did quality work, we are very happy with the outcome and I would recommend them highly to anyone needing their services.

Morgan Paving was recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. Mike evaluated the job explained the process, materials, time and cost. I then hired him to do my driveway. The next morning equipment rolled in from all directions along with a full crew and as promised the old was gone and the new was in place. Installed exactly as discussed along with a couple of my after thoughts which he did not charge for. By 1130AM the transformation was complete and looked excellent. The crew cleaned everything up beyond my expectations installed a do not enter tape at the end of the driveway and they were off. I have already recommended them to a friend and will continue to do so.

Refuses to honor a contract! Refuses to return my calls! Morgan's paved my driveway in May 2014 and did a fine job. The contract included an agreement for sealing after one year. Called in May 2015 to arrange for sealing and was told they would call me next week to set a date. They never called. I have now left numerous messages and they don't call. This is very poor customer service. I had been recommending them to others based on the original work, but now I'm saying stay away. A company that won't honor a contract and blows off its customers can't be trusted.

Best contractor I have ever hired.

Mike and his men were professional. They were within budget, they performed to my expectations and then some. Mike didn't charge for all of my wife's "little extras".

Great customer service.

We recently hired Morgans to repave our driveway and install some topsoil at our home. They came right away with an estimate. They weren't the cheapest price but we felt comfortable they were the right choice. Morgan's had the job done within 1 week of our signed contract and it looks great! We are very happy with the job and have recommended Mike to several friends.

STAY FAR AWAY !!

Morgan's had been soliciting business on our road and tried for 2 days to get me to repave my driveway. I finally agreed.

They wrote the contract for the agreed price, we both signed it, and he told me that they would be there the following evening to start. They never showed.

I was going to call them if I didn't hear from them by the end of the week but one of the guys (which I later found out was the owner) showed up at my door asking me to sign the contract. I was a bit confused for a second then I told him that I had already signed one and that they were supposed to have had the job done a week ago. I showed him the contract and he told me that they wouldn't do the job under that contract. He tried to get me to sign a new one. For the same price, I would get:

the "bad pot-hole" part of my driveway cut out

pave over the old cracking, crumbling existing driveway

What a job that would have been for over 3 grand. Kudos for the quality work that you want to put out (by the way, I'm being sarcastic).

The original contract said that they would:

dig out the entire driveway

add 4 inches new stone

add 3 inches type 6 blacktop.

Needless to say I didn't agree. I told him that we already had a signed contract and that he must comply with that one. He told me he wouldn't do it for that price and left.

I went back inside and called the number and asked to speak with Rob. I thought Rob was the owner because he's the one that solicited my business and signed the contract.

The man on the other end told me that Rob was not the owner but that he was and that he had just spoken to me a couple of minutes ago in my driveway.

He started raising his voice and I began to argue back. He then began using vulgur language (which included the F word many many times). I told him that he needs to cool it with the swearing but he continued.

Things got more heated between us and I told him that I was going to write a nasty review about them to let potential blacktop customers know how they operate. He told me that he would sue me if I did that....well here it is....so sue away.

Needless to say, these are poor business people and this incident probably indicates what kind of job I would have gotten. It also probably indicated how long they'll be in business. So for you poor folks that get a 2 year warranty on your driveway, don't count on them being around when it starts to crumble.
