Peter Wade, a neurologist, determined, that the plaintiff had sustained a 10 percent permanent partial disability to her brain and that she had reached maximum medical improvement. He concluded that the plaintiff currently was not capable of gainful employment, was not a candidate for retraining and her ability to return to work was “nonexistent.”The commissioner also made the following findings: “Most of the physicians involved in this case (including Crouch, Sass, Donaldson, and Wade) have concluded that the [plaintiff] has significant emotional and psychological issues.Our family is so frustrated with this medical clinic. They continue to bill us for my son in the amount of $95.00. We asked Janel to substantiate the charges. In other words, provide proof of the charges. We have also asked for our medical records multiple times, but she refuses to provide them. We feel it is necessary to file a grievance with the Montana Board of Medical Examiners in an effort to try and get our issues resolved. Consumers, do your research before making the same mistake we did. Since we left a negative review against Janel's business, a negative review suddenly appeared against our business under the pseudo name of Harvey Stilles.
Janel is the first doctor to listen to me, and work with me to figure out what is going on with my health. She also takes the time that is needed with me and I'm not just another dollar walking through the door! Won't go anywhere else
Janel has worked by my side since 2014. Her experiences with neurological issues and neck and back trauma, has been a great part of the reason she has always treated with so much knowledge and compassion . She was the ONLY health care professional that believed in my symptoms, and helped my figure out what was wrong. Now, after brain surgery (for a diagnosis ONLY SHE suspected), I run every health decision past her. Another doctor wants to add another med, I ask her. She is invaluable to my health. And she always puts her patients first. Try to find another medical professional in town (or the county, heck, include Missoula) who charges such reasonable prices. And she knows the games insurance companies play first hand. She has saved me tons of money, but helping he know when and when not to let things bill to my insurance. Most of us are well aware of the games insurance companies play, and I am thankful on a financial level as well for her sharing her knowledge there as well.
Amazing medical professional! You will not be disappointed. Janel takes time with you and really listens to your concerns. This is unlike any health center I've ever been. You will love her!
Here is my story: I was really sick. I didn't know what was wrong with me but I was in a tremendous amount of pain. It started a month ago when I had gone to a Doctor visit for a pap. I am pretty sure I got an infection from the Doctors office. It started a few days after my visit. It continued on for a straight month and became worse and worse until I couldn't even walk. I was in a lot of pain. I went back to the same Doctors office and tried to explain what was going on but he wouldn't even listen to me. I paid $200.00 just to have this Doctor say nothing to me and send me on my way. He said it was sore muscles even though I had a fever. I almost didn't make it through the night with the amount of pain I was in, and the next day my husband called the doctor back and he still said it was muscle pain from exercising. So my husband called Guardian Healthcare and they saw me right away. I met Janel and she sat with me for hours as I cried my eyeballs out. I was emotional from the pain and my Doctor not listening or caring at all about my situation. She was so knowledgeable and really listened to me. She was very caring. after I sat and went through an entire box of Kleenex in her office, she ran some tests, and sent me home with antibiotics. I started taking them and it took 6 days until I started to feel better because the infection was so bad. If Janel hadn't listened to me and really took the time and care with me, I have no idea what would have happened. I am so thankful and grateful for her and I will continue to go to her for everything. This is a great place with great people. I would recommend this place to anyone!!
