I want to start I have seen Dr. Tom many times and was very happy with his service. I took my 6 month old pug to see Dr. Brown and he was very demeaning when talking to me, made me feel like I am a neglative even abusive fur parent. This was the 3rd time we took her in, which he had to look into like he didn't believe us. He went through her blood work, said it told him NOTHING, told us with NO sympathy that he is 99.9% certain that she has PDE and will die within a month, even at one point joking around. Stated we can take her to Appleton spend $600 to just verify that he is correct. Something didn't feel right so we took her for a second opinion and with the BLOOD WORK HE DID they diagnosed her with a liver shunt and I am thrilled to say after a surgery she is alive and well. It terrifies me to think if we would have listened to Dr Brown we would have let our perfectly treatable puppy die.

Dr. Tom was such a great help. When it came getting my cats ready to move over seas. He called me him self with all the information we need to make sure our move went smoothly.

Wonderful service - Dr. Stacey Kish is the best. One of my cats was sick and throwing up like crazy shortly before Christmas and even though it was almost closing time, they stayed open to see her and do some x-rays and lab work to save me money from having to have it all done at the emergency animal hospital. Beautiful facility, always bright and clean and good rates.

TLC Excellent care of my pet. Reasonable charges. Dr. Tom is the greatest. He is very caring.
