This place is ridiculous. We've recently experienced some car trouble and was dependent on public transportation for a couple of weeks. Thank God it was a temporary situation. "Courtesy" Cab is the only option for cabs in the Stevens Point Area and they are horrible. I understand long waits and I don't think the mileage rate is unreasonable but the lack of professionalism and customer service is a joke. During my last experience, it was my only day off and I needed some things. When I called the cab I had planned on getting dropped off at Kwick trip to pull out cash cause they don't take debit cards then walking over to the other stores I needed to go to and calling them back. However the driver said they couldn't guarantee if we'd be able to get a cab back so I had him wait and only got the bare minimum of things i needed and couldn't even go grocery shopping like I had planned. Then I get back in the car and the driver got an attitude with me for having to wait because his boss yelled at him because we didn't tell her we were going to have him wait. I understand that shit rolls down hill but customers should not be considered down hill. This company is horrible and they get away with it because there are no other options. So i don't expect to deter anyone from using this service because hell you don't have a choice but just know they suck.
My daughter, a freshman at U of W SP, was stranded when our apartment complex took an extra day on parking lot construction and she could not get her car out of the garage. I called Courtesy Cab to the rescue. She had an important Biology LAB and had to get to the campus early. They were a couple of minutes late but I had built that into the schedule. Very polite on the phone, the driver was nice and the price was very appropriate. Thanks again!
I guess most people only take the time to complain.I want it to be known that COURTESY Cab has taken excellent care of my child traveling to & from work, and around SP.She tells me about her rides, and everyone is quite pleasant to her!I thank Ms. Kathy & the crew for delivering my child safely to her destinations. Its named "Courtesy" for a reason!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is terrible I've been waiting 40 minutes and they haven't stopped by. I don't believe I will be calling them again, this is so bad!
We called an hour in advance for a pick up and they were 40 minutes late getting to us. When the driver arrived he never even got out of the car or greeted us. We asked about getting home at the end of the night and he told us we could call and get a ride anytime. At 2am we called for a pick up and were told 10 minutes. After 45 minutes we called back and got nothing but voicemail. We had to walk a two miles back to our hotel at 3am. I WILL NEVER use this company again.
They said it would take 20 minutes, we waited 50. The cab driver didn't even get out of the car or say hi. We loaded our luggage ourselves. They only accept cash.
very professional but took quite a bit of time for them to arrive and i was not happy to wait on them but the driver was very nice and had no other complaints.

As the owner of Courtesy Cab I need to apologize to Joe B and his wife. Ed was NEVER a manager @ Courtesy Cab. This behavior is not acceptable and he is no longer working here. I am so sorry your experience was marred by this driver.
