Great salon experience, I would recommend making an appointment for shorter wait time on evening and weekends. Friendly staff

This salon was recommended to me by another salon owner when I needed a treatment and couldn't wait until the next day. Hesitant about going someplace unknown but was made comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. This is the epitome of a salon experience - Thank you Martha, Danni & Bobbie!
I called to make an appointment and talked to (according to her) the owner, who totally dismissed my concerns as unimportant and did not even let me finish. When I mentioned that I am worried about it, she told me that I am causing too much problem and they don’t want my business and hang up!
I stopped by for a haircut and Alexandria did an awesome job! I'll definitely be going back from now on. The haircut I got previously (somewhere else) was a total disaster but she fixed it. Everyone there was really nice and helpful...You guys rule.
Still love this place! Alexandria is amazing! I like to change things up when I'm feeling down. Alexandria always rolls with the changes and we have fun. I trust her to do what she wants. I literally feel amazing every time I walk out the door. Awesome!
1st class beauticians who put hair care and health before style and cut. Highly recommended.
I've been going to Four Seasons for over a year and a half now. I always get highlights and a cut. In fact, my 1st visit was after a really bad experience somewhere else and they fixed everything! I've seen two different stylists and I couldn't be happier! They know what they are doing. And are very willing to listen to clients as well. Can't wait for my next appointment with Chanelle.
Made an appointment for me and two friends for 10:00. Got there at 9:55. The place was like a tomb. Techinician showed at 10:05. Casually opened the door. Asked us to go pick out a color (in the dark). Then asked "what can I do for you". We told her we had three appts for gel manicures. She ushered my friend to her table (still no other manicurists) and then told her she didn't know how to use the gel polish with a brush (the color she wanted didn't have a nail polish brush, needed to be painted on with a separate brush). So she took my other friend who chose the appropriate tyep of gel color and started her manicure. THEN another techinician showed and started my friend, rudely making her switch chairs as she was soaking her fingers. MY manicurist finally arrived (at 10:20) and roughly started my manicure. When another lady came through the door, she said "Give me ten minutes". Meaning MY gel manicure was going to be 10 minutes long! For $40!! She made good on her promise, taking 15 minutes. My nails were too long, the polish was tacky and sloppy. She got parafin all over my Tiffany bracelet and made no apologies. I will never return to this salon. I don't know if they changed management or what but it was the worst experience I have ever had. I get manicures regularly. Go to Paradise Nail in Reston. They book quickly so plan ahead (my problem today). Stay away from this salon. You'll be so disappointed.
