Thank you for taking care of Sharon and I the way you did. When I first dealt with Leesburg Honda, it was just a financial transaction. With both the 96 Accord and the 03 Civic, I was able to come to terms quickly, and the experience after that was good, but in buying the 2011 Pilot and the 2012 Civic, since moving to the Dulles location, I have noticed a distinct change. The dealership is not only pleasant in appearance, but everyone seems happy. Your selection of cars is top notch. You should know, though, that the biggest difference between your dealership and others is how you treat the customer once a price is agreed upon. I have personally endured games like – the sales manager who signed off on a good deal disappears, another one comes in and says “I can’t make sense of these numbers, he’s losing us money” as a way to get some money back. Make me wait 2 hours on the finance guy so I get anxious to leave in my new car, and then the finance guy tries reworking the deal again. Etc. These dealerships learned that I am patient and always willing to walk away from the table, but these experiences also left me exhausted and frustrated while driving away in my new car. I have never experienced these games with your dealership. I also appreciate that your finance people are professional. Yes, I got a thorough explanation of the extended warranty options. I have never purchased them, but that’s just me. I’d rather “self insure” for those other issues, and hope that buying a Honda gives me protection from unnecessary repairs. However, I understand that this is a product that you offer, and I appreciate that once I say “no thank you” I don’t get a hassle. I really, really appreciate the pin-striping, the door and wheel well guards, and the paint sealant. And you, Mike, are the consummate professional. You raise the level of expectation for your industry, and I appreciate working with you. I honestly don’t know why ANYONE would want to buy anywhere else. I have grown to appreciate Honda’s corporate mindset and their product lines, but I have also grown to appreciate your dealership. I know the car selling business is a business of thin margins and constant competition, but you have demonstrated the value of paying a bit more. Now I might not need a car any time soon, but I will have two kids graduating college in 4 or 5 years, and once they’re out, for myself, hopefully Honda will have brought back the Del Sol or Prelude. Regardless of my future needs, I look forward to buying my cars from you, and from Dulles Honda.
I purchased a certified used 2008 Honda Accord from Honda of Tysons in February of 2010. After a period of time we noticed some issues with the oil consumption which ultimately led us to bring our car into Honda of Dulles last spring. Haroun Akram was our point of contact during this process, as we decided to find out what was causing the consumption problem. Over a period of months, we monitored that situation, and Haroun was very attentive t making sure that we were able to get to the bottom of the problem. Finally, it was decided that we needed a new engine block which was authorized by Honda. Currently the work has been completed, and it appears that the situation has been resolved. I want to commend Honda of Dulles for taking care of this situation in an extremely efficient way. Haroun was very professional when dealing with my wife and myself, providing information as to the problem at the time. I thank you all for the great maintained job. Well done

We absolutely felt that our sales agent Dexter and the sales general manager Russell were on our side and doing everything they could to place us in the right car for us. At the right price we could afford for our family. We got an awesome deal and throughout the process it was clear to us that their sole interest was our satisfaction. The customer focus is incredible. Dexter actually talked us away from a higher trim model into one that was more affordable and met our needs the best and quickly. Larry, the finance guy, was patient and knowledgeable and helpful during the paper signing process. Even when there had been misunderstanding about the car, the handling of its and Russell’s resolution made us even more eager to recommend Honda of Dulles to anyone looking for an honest, friendly car buying experience, with and awesome deal.
I saw a model I wanted online & I called another dealer close to me. Asked if it had the options I wanted mainly sunroof drove down to find that it wasn't the options. No apologies no consideration just wanted me in the door. I called Honda of Dulles and asked about the same car and options and they said they had it in stock gave me a stock# so that when I got there I had the car I was wanting. Glad to drive a little further and get the service I deserve but also to get a great deal. Questions were answered perfectly and finance was great no up selling just a great way to finish the deal! I had a wonderful experience at Honda. David greeted me at the door, told him what I was looking for and the rest is history. He showed me all the bells and whistles of the Accord, he even programmed my radio stations!!! He was a pleasure to deal with. His manager was a character and a half, story after story, they are both great people. I honestly wish everyones experience could have been as pleasant as mine. I walked out with the car I wanted, at a great price. I've told all my coworkers to go and purchase their vehicles from those 2 guys at Honda!
When looking for a new car you have to be very carful that you don’t go to a place where they might take advantage of you. I looked around and before I even found a car I liked they already wanted to run my credit. They were very pushy and not accommodating at all. When we stopped by Leesburg Honda that wasn’t the case at all. They were very helpful and made sure we like a car before they started to talk about credit and numbers. I really enjoyed my purchasing experience at Leesburg and I think you will too.
They were the only dealer from shopping around the entire Saturday that actually had the car I saw online at the same price as the internet. I enjoyed the fact that I did not even tell them that I found it online. They had it at the same 14,999. I looked on Kelley blue book it was about 500 more but that is expected. I appreciate not getting the run around or the back and forth game while trying to get the payment to where we needed. I am pleased to tell everyone I bought my car at Honda of Dulles.
Our salesman Allan is the best salesman we have ever dealt with. He was not overbearing or pushy like many we have dealt with in the past. Honored price on internet. Most paperwork was done via email so less time wasted at dealer. didn't try to sell me a bunch of add on crap after we arrived. helpful professional. vehicle was ready when we arrived and was the one we had arranged to purchase. when you live a distance from the dealership it is great to have everything go smooth as it did for us. The car we wanted for the price agreed and no hastles.
Honda of Dulles was GREAT! They were very helpful and took great care of us. This was the third time I had gotten a car from a dealer and they do things very different. They make sure your happy, always asking if you understand whats going on, and most important they make sure they keep you in your budget. I will definitely only get my cars from here.
