Took delivery of a 2017 MKZ and could not be happier. Great car! My salesman Chris took the time and effort to ensure I got the exact car that I wanted and kept me informed during the entire build and delivery process. They genuinely treat you like someone special during the delivery process.
I have a Buick enclave 2010. This vehicle was bought at vyletel Buick dealership. Since I bought it it had an ongoing problem with steering wheel. Since 2010 until today dealership service that vehicle multiple times and the same problem kept coming back until I run out of the warranty and they were going to charge me thousands of dollars to address the issue again. today I had The worst experience with buick service department manager Brian. Because had an ongoing problem sense vehicle was purchased on 2013 I filled out the review from GM. The review was the true experience that I had with the dealership.Today when I went to service the same ongoing problem even though the warranty had expired GM is taking responsibility to take care of the problem. Brian the manager from service department He was very rude unprofessional and been holding a grunge since 2013 for the review that I wrote. He specifically told me I should not be helped by the dealership because I rode a bad review and he seemed pretty angry and pissed off about that. He stated that he does not care about to help me until I write a good review. I did call the owners son Marshall Vyletel and left a voicemail to call me back and address the unprofessional issue from his service department manager. I have not heard from him yet !!!!!
I got 2016 MKX and it's been dropped in transport but the salesman didn't tell me about it when I found out I took the vehicle back but the sales man told me it yours there is nothing we could about it.
I came to Suburban Ford Of Sterling Heights from W. 8 mile to look at a used car they had advertised on carfax. I called and talk to Ms. Avery at 1 pm and set a appointment to come see the car at 2:30 pm. I was informed that the car I was looking at had not been sold and was still available to look at. Before getting there I talk to Ms. Avery a additional two times letting her know I would be running late. Once I got to Suburban Ford I was told by the sales rep that the car had been sold that morning and that he told Ms. Avery it had been sold that morning because someone else called wanting to look at the car. I felt it was very deceiving and dishonest for Ms. Avery to intentionally lie to me about a car she knew wasn't there especially since I came a long way to see it, it was a inconvenience to myself and the other people I came with. The sale rep Brad did try to accommodate me for the inconvenience by showing me good customer service and I did also tell the manager but beware.

I purchased a new 2015 mks and upon delivery it had myriad of issues. Paint chips, paint drip, sheet metal out of alignment. The car stayed at dealer for 30 days. No one ever called me for updates unless I called them. No one from management called me to apologize and how correct situation. I will never buy Lincoln again, but if I did it certainly wouldn't be Crest.

If I could give negative stars I would, 1 star is to much. My truck broke down in Utica, called AAA, was told about an hour, fine I get that. When the tow jockey Jeremy showed up, he VERY rudely informed me he could not tow me. The reason I was given is that my truck had stuff in the bed, a dining room table and chairs. I was of course upset, tried to explain to him I could not just leave the stuff on the side of the road. He became very condescending, talking down to me like I was an idiot. I told him you should go, you are making me angry. He continued to belittle me, I replied with "FUDGE off" (but I did not say fudge). At his point this driver, a representative of this company, starts to curse and threaten me. He told me that he would call AAA and have my membership revoked, and nobody would ever tow me again.Worse way any one could have handled the issues at hand.
