We have been taking our dogs here for over 10 years without any issues. Very friendly people and they take good care of our pets!

TERRIBLE! Do NOT let them touch your dog if you care at all for them. I have an assistant/service dog I brought there. When they cut her nails and she cut one nail all the way off! My dog could not stop bleeding. Had to take her to the vet and Ultimate did NOT reimburse.



TAKE YOUR DOG ANYWHERE ELSE! PLEASE!!!

I take my Shih-Tzu (Rusty) there on a regular basis. They treat him well and always groom him the way I ask!

I took my Pekingese to another groomer in the area and she came back acting as if she had been drugged. They always take good care of my baby when I take her and that's why I return.
