Bad experience, not recommended

We 3 friends ordered dinner on Nov'29/14 that included 4 menu items w/4 naans costing $60.30 which seems too much as related to poor service and average tasting food!! The 'oversmart' cashier was trying to recommend us what to order, he also came to our table couple of times giving 'incorrect advises' about Indian cuisine despite one us being of Indian desent!! The music was load and inappropriate, we requested the waiter to change it, which they grudingly did... Overall a bad experience... since we re-visited Rangoli after 2+ years... the quality had gone down while prices of food had gone up!!!

Average at best !

We ordered 2 veggie somosa's, a chick curry, a chick tikka Massalla and two mango lahsi and it came to $40.
Food was very average and I hated the fact that you order at the front counter and then go sit down and wait for it to come up cafeteria style.
Never trust an Indian restaurant that asks you how spicy you want your food! The name of the dish should tell you how spicy the food is

Don't let

Great quality for your money. They are very friendly, very clean, fast service, casual, and relaxing. They are by AMC 30 in the mall area right by Bath and Body. My fiancee and I travel 15 miles and sometimes we go 3 times a week. We spend around $30. The longest we had to wait was 10mins.We get 2 mango lassi, 2 naan, 2 curries, an appetizer, and rice. We always have left overs. I recommend trying butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, chana batura, chili chicken, and mango lassi or you can just ask the cashier for recommendation. If you go in a group I recommend everyone getting something different so you can share. You can get the food mild, medium, or hot but their medium is hot and their hot is extra spicy. So I recommend getting mild your first time. I hope you enjoy this restaurant as much I do.
