Jackson Hewitt Tax Service

I have a few rental properties and got a coupon that stated 149.00 complete. Great! So I schedule an apt expressing what my return will entail. They put me with a guy named Dave who had no idea what he was doing. I had all my rentals divided into a tabbed folder and he actually removed the papers, mixed them all up, THEN passed it on to someone else. Now they are claiming the coupon isn't valid and it will cost 50.00 for the first hour and 25.00 after with an est total of 600.00 because "our papers were a mess". Not my fault he took them out and shuffled them around, not my fault he doesn't understand taxes with rental properties. I am collecting my information and going elsewhere. No where on the coupon were there ANY time constraints.

I went to this office because I got an IRS letter and I could not get the person that prepared my taxes to call me back. They made an appointment right away and after looking at my letter and my tax return the preparer there told me that the IRS had made a mistake and so she called the IRS for me and we faxed them the paperwork they wanted and it was taken care of that day for me. I will be coming back to this office when it is time to file my taxes because they were great. I didn't have to wait and the preparer knew exactly what to do. I was so afraid I would have to pay the IRS more money.
