My husband and I have bought 4 cars from this dealer, whom I’ve also referred my son and others to because of their good pricing. However, this era is def. over. I’ll never buy or refer again after this last purchase on Friday. Bought a 2014 Escape Titanium. After getting a fair price on the vehicle and waiting about 3 hours for financing process, we were told we had NO option but to buy the $1000 worth of paint and fabric protection (on a car with leather seats!) that’s allegedly already been applied to the vehicle and has NO WARRANTY because it’s a 2014 vehicle. How is this FAIR ADVERTISING when they are jacking the price you have to walk out the door with after picking the car and negotiating price... then only to find you’re getting SCREWED when your tired and don’t want to have to start all over somewhere else? THEY DIDNT DO THIS 3 Years ago. I’ll never shop here again.
I came to Sue Chio for this lease. I have bought 2 used cars from her in the past. She is truly a pleasure to work with. Went above and beyond to make sure the details were worked out correctly for my lease (mine was not exactly typical). She made me feel like a part of her family, which is priceless. She is a very valuable asset to Buff Whelan! I will continue to come back to her.
Superb customer service, all around.from sales, service and body shop. They have been great to deal with.
Took delivery of a 2017 MKZ and could not be happier. Great car! My salesman Chris took the time and effort to ensure I got the exact car that I wanted and kept me informed during the entire build and delivery process. They genuinely treat you like someone special during the delivery process.
I have a Buick enclave 2010. This vehicle was bought at vyletel Buick dealership. Since I bought it it had an ongoing problem with steering wheel. Since 2010 until today dealership service that vehicle multiple times and the same problem kept coming back until I run out of the warranty and they were going to charge me thousands of dollars to address the issue again. today I had The worst experience with buick service department manager Brian. Because had an ongoing problem sense vehicle was purchased on 2013 I filled out the review from GM. The review was the true experience that I had with the dealership.Today when I went to service the same ongoing problem even though the warranty had expired GM is taking responsibility to take care of the problem. Brian the manager from service department He was very rude unprofessional and been holding a grunge since 2013 for the review that I wrote. He specifically told me I should not be helped by the dealership because I rode a bad review and he seemed pretty angry and pissed off about that. He stated that he does not care about to help me until I write a good review. I did call the owners son Marshall Vyletel and left a voicemail to call me back and address the unprofessional issue from his service department manager. I have not heard from him yet !!!!!
As I checked in today I could not believe that I had never ever reviewed this place.I met my salesman Mr. Mike Omelianoff in 2006, as we were guiding one of our children into her 1st brand new Cobalt.Mike even suggested that she go through a local bank to establish credit at a young age, fast forward several years down the road & that tool/technique truly helped her in her mid 20's & beyond. Also 2 more children went her & bought....Cobalts & we have bought 2 Impalas from Mike.He is a very energetic & engaging salesman, very low pressure & he knows each & every incentive out there, plus Buff Whelan Chevrolet put "Free " sunroofs in 3 of those cars. One other noteworthy fact about Mr.Mike Omelianoff , beyond just your basic delivery & installing the plate, Mike put all of our new drivers behind the wheel as he slid into the passenger seat & went over every control, knob & option !Explained the warranty & service department standards, which we never had to use once on any of those 5 Chevrolet Products. In closing they are also a good community neighbor, hosting blood drives 2 times a year.
I got 2016 MKX and it's been dropped in transport but the salesman didn't tell me about it when I found out I took the vehicle back but the sales man told me it yours there is nothing we could about it.
I came to Suburban Ford Of Sterling Heights from W. 8 mile to look at a used car they had advertised on carfax. I called and talk to Ms. Avery at 1 pm and set a appointment to come see the car at 2:30 pm. I was informed that the car I was looking at had not been sold and was still available to look at. Before getting there I talk to Ms. Avery a additional two times letting her know I would be running late. Once I got to Suburban Ford I was told by the sales rep that the car had been sold that morning and that he told Ms. Avery it had been sold that morning because someone else called wanting to look at the car. I felt it was very deceiving and dishonest for Ms. Avery to intentionally lie to me about a car she knew wasn't there especially since I came a long way to see it, it was a inconvenience to myself and the other people I came with. The sale rep Brad did try to accommodate me for the inconvenience by showing me good customer service and I did also tell the manager but beware.
Lying Crooks. Do not buy a car from this dealership. Very dishonest and deceptive business practices. Buyer beware because there are many more respectable dealerships out there. Take time to READ REVIEWS
I purchased a new 2015 mks and upon delivery it had myriad of issues. Paint chips, paint drip, sheet metal out of alignment. The car stayed at dealer for 30 days. No one ever called me for updates unless I called them. No one from management called me to apologize and how correct situation. I will never buy Lincoln again, but if I did it certainly wouldn't be Crest.
