Very authentic Iraqi ingredients and very fresh. Iraqi dishes and pastry available as well as original Iraqi bread. Very clean. Exotic Iraqi fruits available as well. Staff very friendly and hard working, unlike a lot of Middle Eastern they cared about customers. Love it!!
Very busy place, probably this says it all. I am very happy for the owner and his team for understanding the customers need and happy for the customers finding all they need. Here comes the need for each other! casing point, I did not have good experience at the store on Saturday, 11/19/2026 at 6:19p. After checking out, I went to the service desk with my receipt that shows two items I did not purchase but was charged for them (not much, 92cents), Cashier's name (service desk person who recalculated my receipt) on the receipt "Rami" who seemed to be there against his will, the point here is, you need to believe in providing good customer service, be appreciative of your customers who make you or break you. it took him almost 10 minutes to figure it out with the cashier who executed the order, then turn around and handed me the change that is due with out saying a ward. I did not react to his poor behavior. Now, I am letting you know, this conducts very soon will be bad reflection on the business. Treat your business like raising your baby if you don't raise it right it will turn against you. Please accept this as a friendly constructive criticism. Being open minded, curtious, pleasant, etc is a key to success. RegardsLoyal

Every Meijer it seems has a spot for it's shoppers to sit down and have a coffee and doughnut. This Meijer has a stupid Subway.I'm a Korean war vet (aged and a little physically challenged) and after doing a little grocery shopping I wanted to sit down for a minute before I had to walk out to my car. Inside the Subway there was only a group of little old ladies, all the other tables were empty. I sit down inside the Subway and was approached by an employee that said I had to buy something from Subway if I wanted to sit in Subway. Well I had already spent all my money at Meijer! So I leave (mad). As I am leaving I can hear this same employee kicking out the old ladies! It's inconsiderate of Meijer to allow their customers to be treated this way. It's rude of Subway to eject people out of an otherwise empty dinning area.MEIJER SHOULD KICK SUBWAY TO THE CURB AND INSTALL A SITTING AREA LIKE OTHER MEIJERS!
Arabic Town is by far my favorite store to find Middle Eastern and European foods and spices. Most stores that i've tried in the past did not taste nearly as fresh. I'm a frequent visitor to Arabic Town. It's worth stopping in and is so close to my house. It's right off the corner of Dequindre and 15 mile road. Check it out!
Everything always taste so fresh at Arabic Town. The owners are so friendly and I like that Arabic Town has been in business for so long. Definitely quality foods and products!
